I worked with Mike when my presciption sun glass frames broke, and he made a few suggestions that worked out great for me and my budget. Once I got a live person on the phone I always get good customer service. I have been a client for many years and will continue to use them. Give them a try.

The customer service at my eye dr. is terrible. They rely too much on automation and are extremely hard to contact if needed. Have been seeing Dr. Watts for over 30 years, but will be looking for a new doctor for my eyes.

Dr Pullen is great. The lab my eye Dr uses is hopeless.. I've had four pairs of glasses redone and all of them within a month start cracking it's not the frames it's the lenses and the lab needs to be replaced to say the least!!!

I made my appointment back in January for an appointment on March 30th, they were booked 3 months out with appointments. (This was after I made an appointment for January that was somehow cancelled/never scheduled.)I received a call on the morning of March 29th telling me that they had cancelled my appointment because I didn't confirm my appointment. I had received the email on March 27th to check-in ahead of my appointment and confirmed all my details/insurance, even took screen shots of it.I called the office the morning of March 30th and they informed me the appointment was cancelled because I didn't respond to a previous text message or email, which I never received when they told when those communications were sent. They also informed me my appointment time had been given to another patient and there was no way they could fit me in today at my appointment time.I've been coming to this office for over 5 years, prior to them selling to MyEyeDr and can tell you things have gone downhill since selling the practice. Their online booking/appointment system is terrible and they have zero consideration for their patients time. They told me I could book an appointment with another MyEyeDr location, a doctor I have no relationship with, or book my annual exam for June... this will have been 18 months since I have been able to have an annual eye exam.At this point why would I want to see a new doctor at another office and stay in the same MyEyeDr network when I can go find another doctor at a different practice.Absolutely horrible experience with MyEyeDr, stay away, you've been warned. To the staff at the Pullen/Watts MyEyeDr location... Do better!

I made an appt online with this place back in December before Christmas. I just recently moved and it was time to get a checkup. It was close to home, so this seemed perfect. My appt was set for 1/25/23. A week before my appt, they call me to tell me the doctor isn’t taking new patients. They can reschedule for April!!? I even received a text to confirm my appt. I then get (2) phones calls from them telling me they took me off for the appt and I can call to reschedule. What a joke! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve decided to go to another optometrist who appreciates their customers and their time. This is bad business practice!

The exam and remote Dr was pretty cool and a good experience!! When it came to speak with the optometrist this was where it went south!! Not very personable, seemed like she just wanted to get the sale over and be done. When I asked for a price breakdown or different options of what I was paying for and what insurance was covering I was never able to get a clear picture or a breakdown. I left and stopped by a competitor down the street, found the same glasses and ended up paying much much less and sooooo much more personable!!

My daughter’s appointment got cancelled due to doctor not being available on that day which we waited almost 6 months to see him. And the next appointment they gave is another 3 months of waiting. It doesn’t make any sense keep me on waiting for that long which is not even my fault since they canceled the appointment.

whatever you do go anywhere BUT THIS PLACE!!!! I know that not a lot of people want to work right now but you'd be better off having a kindergartner working the front desk/ scheduling. they are not reliable and rude!!!

I made an appointment over 6 weeks ago for June 23, 2022. I received a phone message that said if I wanted to reschedule, to call. Since I didn't want to reschedule, I didn't call. When I showed up for my appointment they said it was cancelled since I didn't call to confirm. When I complained, they said it was a new policy to call and confirm. It would have been nice to be informed of the new policy. My next appointment available is August 22, 2022. Before converting to corporate this would not have happened. Live and learn, I guess.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I went here for years until insurance changed 2 years ago (went somewhere else- it was ok but not great). I received a letter in the mail a few months back that they accepted our insurance again and I was ecstatic. I had an amazing experience (as I always had in the past) with Dr. O’ Connor. My exam was so thorough and he answered all my questions. The office staff was equally as amazing. I also brought my 4 year old for his exam and they shocked me with how well they worked with him. Chris and Dr. O’Connor did a great job with him. We have been in there frequently to pick up my glasses and then get lenses added to my sons glasses (he had very specific glasses color requirements). Jennifer has always been so friendly, knowledgeable and great with both of us. I highly recommend them and their practice.

If I could give zero stars I would. Today my wife took my daughter there for a check up. My wife was there was all three of our children, ages 3, 4, and 9. One of the staff members came up to my wife and said all of the children need to wear masks. Mean while there were additional children within the waiting room with NO masks on. My wife brought up the fact that others were not wearing masks. The staff had no answers for her!!! The staff member singled out my wife and three children!!! This was our first and last time visiting this office. Not to mention my wife called back to voice her issues, she was then hung up on by the same staff member!!!Do not visit this location!!! Rude staff, and ridiculous rules for small children!!!

I've been going to this office ever since I first moved to the area in 2006. Have found the staff and Doc's to be extremely helpful and efficient. From the time you walk in until the time you check out, they take care of you, are pleasant and do their best to explain everything from treatment options to insurance. Recommend highly.

What an amazing, professional office environment. I can't write enough good things about Dr. Pullen. He is so good at what he does, and he is one of the nicest human beings I have had a privilege of knowing. Not only has he helped with our prescriptions over the years, but recently he helped catch a serious eye-based medical condition. He immediately was able to get us in to see the required specialists and followed up with us to make sure everything was going as planned. He not only does a great job with refracting and getting corrective lenses that are perfect, but he goes beyond and evaluates the health of your eyes, as a true medical professional should (not all Optometrists do). Thank you Dr. Pullen for sharing your abilities in such a caring way.
