NY Nails provided prompt service and were attentive in the details. My nail tech was excellent. She was meticulous in her detailed work on my nails. She was very attentive and friendly. She definitely was into spoiling me! The other staff here were equally friendly and attentive to all their guests. I drove from St Augustine and will consider making them my regular salon due to their attentive staff, great service and excellent product. Love my nails!

I’ve come here quite a few times and the only reason was because the people were friendly. Honestly though the quality of the services are not worth the money so I will no longer be a customer.

Coco is the best! I don't have to get a fill for 4-5 weeks and they last forever! She's also very friendly and nice. Will definitely continue coming to NY Nails to see her and the rest of the staff whom are also very kind!

I’m New to Uacksonville and needed my nails and a pedicure done so I tried NY nails .. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Firstly I’m only rating a 2 star because the woman who performed my pedicure was sincere and understanding Otherwise it would be a minimum 1 start rating The man who was suppose to perform my nail set was aggressive and hasty So hasty that he ripped my nail off and made it bleed He even after that proceeded to apply a nail tip over the broken and bloody nail I had to ask him for antiseptic he then grabbed a small dropper bottle and applied the left over serum in the bottle to my broken nail - directly placing it he dropper on my bloody nail I had to draw my hand back he then placed same dropper back in the bottle Cross contaminating the liquid immediately after he performed another red flag and I then asked for another technician And was refused service by the others there including a ye manager / owner The lady who did my pedicure was the boy attentive and ethical human being in there Stay far away fro this establishment

This place seems really nice at first, friendly staff that will have you talking and laughing the whole time. but the quality is very very poor. My sister and i both got Mani, pedis, spent over $100 each, and both of us had problems only a day or so after. i lost 2 nails, she had gel nails chipping by 3 days of having them done. i definitely don't recommend this place, save your money.

Short and sweet review, but I got a great pedicure here. I was in the area for another appointment and had extra time afterward. I checked it out and it looked very nice and clean inside. I asked if anyone had time for a standard pedicure and they seated me at one of the chairs right away. They had a large selection of gel and regular polishes. The other customers that came in while I was there seemed like regulars. The young girl that did my toes did a great job. The massage chairs were relaxing too. The prices were on par with other salons in the area. I will go back here in the future.
