Have been going here for 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. i always go to Jackie and she is very punctual and takes extra time with my dip manicure to ensure that everything is perfect. Kathy the owner is always caring and helps pick out a color for you and answers any questions.

So since I've been in Jacksonville for the last six years, this is the third nail place I've been going to and I'm pretty happy with them for the most part and as we all know, there's one or two people that we only like to have our nails. I've attached a couple of pictures when he's done my nails and I've really liked them. I've tried to let a couple other people do my nails and I've come home and had to fix them. They weren't clean up as like they should be instead of going back I've just did it myself because I was a little irritated when you're paying 65 $70 for your nails I feel like you should get them done the right way and sometimes I have gone back and they fix them for me without a problem, so I would say that's the only reason why didn't give them five stars it just depends on who you get to fix your nails. There's two people that definitely recommend him and then there's a third person I'll go to other than if they're not available, I won't go to anybody else for pedicures is only one young lady that I like to do my nails because the other lady that was doing my nails, she was filing them down to thin. According to the other lady that was working there she said don't let her file your nails down anymore so I give them a 4/5.

They were amazing!!! I live in SC, but this is my nail shop anytime I'm in Jacksonville FL. They know how to give an excellent foot massage. They take their time to really make your feet feel amazing, and their prices would take my nail shop in SC out of business. I love this Nail Spa❤️

I've been going to Nail Spa for years. The techs are very friendly and accommodating to any request you have. It is very clean and the prices are reasonable. It is very cozy and bright inside and gives a comfortable vibe. I recommend Nail Spa and have brought friends and family to this place.

Always leave satisfied with my nails! I’m very particular and picky about nail length, size and them all matching. Vincent is my nail tech and he does a phenomenal job EVERY time! Shaped just the way I like them, he is very detailed and takes his time! Pedicures are always great from anyone!

The Nail Spa was clean and relaxing. Janey (not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly) was AMAZING! She took her time with each step of the pedicure and made sure I was comfortable. My feet and pretty painted toes look great. Will definitely be going back.

This nail salon was exactly what I hoped it would be! I tried it for the first time on a Sunday afternoon and expected it to be more crowded / for there to be a wait, but after checking in I was able to sit in a chair immediately! They have a nice selection of OPI polishes, my favorite brand. Best of all, the classic manicure and pedicure combination was efficient, thorough, and comprehensive. I hate having to sit in a nail salon for 2 hours to feel like you get a decent job. Both services took about 45 minutes, plus optional drying time. It'd be easy to come in and out when on a short time schedule or before an event in the future. Their prices are reasonable and even one of their younger male manicurists had great attention to detail. He saw me analyzing my nails and, without prompting, saw what I was looking at and corrected it immediately. Overall they offered great service and I'll definitely be back!

I came here for the first time to get dip nails, with the chrome design, and I love my nails. The nail tech shaped my nails perfectly and was very kind when I asked for some to be shorter/longer. The people here seem very patient and it was not too expensive. I definitely recommend coming to get your nails done here!

I’m from NC and am very loyal to my nail tech. I had to come down to Jacksonville for surgery and wanted to get pampered before the big day comes. I found this salon with a quick google search and the pictures were beautiful so I gave them a shot. LET ME TELL YOU. The friendliness of the staff was what immediately caught my attention. Everyone said hello with a giant smile on their faces. The care each tech took on every single client was unmatched. I am EXTREMELY pleased with my full set, they are perfect. I’m still sitting in my pedicure but it’s going soooo well. I know exactly where I’ll come every time I come to Jacksonville!Services: Foot massages

Ok, so this time I only went in for a polish change as the color I chose looked horrible. All my fault. I've been coming here for nails/fl-ins and pedicures for a while now. I love this place!
