Love this place!. Everyone is friendly, helpful and talented. You can request a private area for services if needed, relaxing atmosphere and quality work. Great place to unwind, relax and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

My first and last time at this nail salon. The tech messed up my nail polish on my big toe.. I had him re-do it...cut some of my toenails unevenly and very short. I had to ask to get my feet massagr which is normally included in every pedicure. I had to tell him to use the grater on the bottom of my foot. He put lotion on my legs and feet then rubbed it off with a hot towel..leaving my legs and feet really dry. The hot stone massage was not relaxing and felt rushed. I felt like this was the tech first day it was a horrible experience. Once everything was done the bottom of my feet feel like sand paper not that soft feeling you have after a pedicure. Another thing I want to add is this place is extremely dusty. Looks like no one has dusted in years. Please enter at your own risk.

LAZY!!! I came in for a fill in and they told me to come back tomorrow and there was two workers that looked at my nails and they didn’t want to do it

NAIL FUNGUS contracted at this nail salon. Came here a month ago for a pedicure and came back today to discover what was growing under my nails that was NOT there before! I had PERFECT NAILS before coming here!
Health Department will be paying them a visit soon and a law suit. Now I have to spend thousands of dollars to reverse what they messed up here. They cut me during the first service so that should’ve been a red flag! I will never be back here ever again. Come at your OWN RISK.

I am disappointed with the service we received today. I have been getting pedicures at this place since they opened years ago. Today I treated my daughter to SNS nails. They turned out terrible. They are too thick and don’t start at the base of her nail. I told the person in charge that we were unhappy with the nails and they only offered to file them. This did not resolve the fact that they do not start at the base. I told them we were still unhappy and that the nails do not look good. She offered a $5 discount. The nails should have been free or completely redone. I am amazed at the lack of accountability for poor product and customer service for someone that has been a loyal customer for years.

Not sure how this place been in business so long. They don’t do any of the services a traditional salon does. Then charges a ridiculous amount. I’ll never return or recommend this place

This place has fallen so far, it's sad. Was going for seven years 2+ times a month. Mary was my tech. They started raising their prices. Mary was out, someone else gave me a pedicure, it was horrible. They were reusing toenail buffers! Do not believe the signs they care and contact them if there is an issue, I did. Yes, they gave me a free pedicure, but after that they never had an open appt for Mary. I went elsewhere, getting three times the services and pampering for a better price.

I got a hot rock pedi. Tiffany did a great job, she took her time and made my feet look great ! It was so peaceful and clean inside. I highly recommend and I'll be back. Be sure to bring cash for tip

Absolutely the worst experience. Our bill was almost $300 and the work was amateur at best. The service was just awful. I will never come back ! With so many nail salons these days, this place will surely be out of business very soon . Don't pay until service is done. They ran my card before services were complete knowing there was an issue with my wife's service.

We’ve had undeniably great experiences with the quality of service here. However, the inconsistency in business hours has been a significant issue. This marks the second instance my husband and I made the trip from the Northside, only to be turned away.
Businesses must ensure their operating hours are accurately reflected on platforms like Google, especially when changes occur.Our latest visit was at 6:36 PM, aiming for a pedicure before the stated 8:00 PM closing time. Unfortunately, we were informed that they couldn’t accommodate us due to an early closure. As customers, it’s frustrating to adjust plans based on provided information that turns out to be unreliable.
