I wish I could leave a ZERO but I can't.
NAIL WOLRD should be called NAIL HELL. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. You call and book an appointment but when you get there they either want you to wait an additional 30-45 mins or they tell you to come back. When I say they, I am rereferring to nail Tech Polly mostly because I have been going to her and she has done this 9 out 10 appointments. I have even witnessed Polly do this to other clients while I was being serviced by her. My daughter was also getting her nails done by Polly but stopped because of the AWFUL customer service and constant over booking.
This place will constantly overbook to make extra money. The worst part is they don't care about wasting your time nor do they ever apologize for being late.

Really good service. The two times I've been there, it's been a great experience not only with a full set but also with a pedicure. I definitely recommend this place!

I am very picky about my nails. I only get my real nails done and I can’t think of a time where I left a nail salon and was fully satisfied with both my nails and the customer service, besides coming to this establishment. Two gentleman did my manicure and pedicure and they did a phenomenal job. The prices here are excellent as well, and I love that. In a world where everyone is charging outrageous prices, I appreciate this company keeping their prices reasonable. I will definitely be back.

I started using this nail salon for my mani/pedi's. I love the cateye polish. The last time I went I got the cateye polish however the tech Tina was not trained in doing cateye polish. She even admitted it looked horrible. I asked her to change it and PAID for the change even though it was her error in workmanship. One of the other techs said she would learn cateye for the next time I come in. The next time I called to schedule an appointment they scheduled me for 4:30p.m. and then I get a call back and Tina said she does not want to do my nails because I did not like her work the last time. SHE DID NOT LIKE HER WORK THE LAST TIME EITHER. So now I am off to find a new nail shop. So do not waste your time here. I was a very good customer and tipped her extremely well. There customer service is horrible. Save yourself the trouble.

I had been coming here for about 4 years for pedicures and occasional manicures. Initially, the team was attentive and with great service for the first 3 years. I always called ahead for an appointment time out of respect. And I never asked for a specific person out of respect for all and always tipped well above 25%.
For this last year, attentive service has been sub-par - using a grinder on my toe nails, insufficient trimming/filing of nail and cuticle, a calve massages by tapping fingertips and also poor polish application outside of the lines.
Lucky for me, I found a salon that took care of me, my ingrown toenails and their salon was also immaculate.

I don’t think they have license to call themselves nail technicians, they employ someone who is not licensed, could not speak English, wonder if she went to cosmetology school here in the states if you cannot speak English, state board is written in English and how can you pass the exam if you don’t speak English.
The woman who did my pedi was just learning the trade, she couldn’t trim my toenail correctly , my toenails are ragged did not trim my cuticle, I have to tell her that she needs to trim my cuticle, she just smiled and have to tell her again she just grinned
She was scrubbing my foot so hard and too long I have to stopped her because my foot was hurting from scrubbing. I don’t think none of them are licensed . The dept of health shd investigate this salon and shd inspect this world nail if they are operating with in the guidelines of the dept of health.
When I paid with a credit card another woman ran my card and when it was time for me to sign I asked where can I add the tip and she said cash tip only. I figure the nail technician who did my pedi does nor have a tax ID to report her earnings, it’s illegal to work and receive tips if you don’t have tax ID

Please avoid this nail salon at any cost possible. Customer service is trash. Additionally, it was disrespectful to wait 45 minutes after getting my Pedi to be seated to get my nails done. I was told by the tech she could do my desired shape, and when she was not doing the proper shape, I asked her to stop, and she insisted on letting her continue to try to get it right. I kindly told her no and I asked her to remove them. She got upset with me.
She began to cut me while removing them. She even said, "If I don't know how to do something, I will just say so." she wasted my time. I watched this woman be rude to several clients. She got into an argument with a client's husband while doing my nails.? because the client's wife waited 30 minutes and never got service after booking a 1:30 appointment. They overbook to get clients in and give them short service. My pedicure wasn't great. I asked for the 35 one. I paid and left. I looked at the bank, and I was charged 45.00. I didn't leave a tip because the service was awful.
Again, do not visit this nail salon.
If I could give zero stars, I would ten times. And the fact they are trying to steal from me.

They NEVER seat me on time. Today I came in to my appointment at 1:30 pm. Stayed seated till 2 pm, and I calmly asked why I wasn’t seated yet despite having an appointment. They told me to come back later this afternoon when they are not busy. They even seated people who came AFTER ME. The lady at the front said it’s because I said something different on the phone even though she wasn’t even the one I talked to.. She later admitted that it was because they are “behind.” I’ve gotten my nails done a couple times there before and they don’t even know how to do designs. Horrible. I highly recommend to go somewhere else.

Favorite place to go get my nails and toes done every month. Reasonable price and it's a quiet vibe but local and traditional.
