The place overall was ok but there was an employee Derrick was the reason it’s 2/5 he was terribly rude and couldn’t be bothered to help out me out looking for gifts and looked annoying to even be asked a question

Normally have a good experience but while in electronics I was "helped", if you can call it that, by someone named Derric (I think that's how it's spelt I didn't get a good look at the name tag) he was very irritable and seemed to have zero interest in helping after I asked since he was just standing around talking to other nex workers. I ended up just leaving because I have no time to deal with someone with that poor of an attitude especially when I'm making a crucial decision on expensive electronics.

This is one of my favorite place to shop clothes, nutrition and beauty products. I always have good luck finding sales, especially around the holidays and at the end of seasons. American eagle selection is on point!

They are a total rip off!! They charged my husband $41.00 for a box of chocolates and a dozen nearly dead roses. The roses looked ok when he brought them home, but died only a couple of days later. Godiva are NOT fine chocolates, but they were priced at $28 for a small box!!! With a weekly “discount” of $5, they were “only” $23!!! So ridiculous!! I wonder how many young enlisted sailors you ripped off this year. Shame on you!

Always enjoy walking and purchasing "great items. I do have a problematic situation, I love purchasing your design shirts! It's does seem you do not carry, XL or XXL shirts. Always small and large. This is a great concern! I do purchasing your pants designed and your shoes. NO SHIRT DESIGN IN XL OR 2XL. Will you help? Otherwise, I love your store and great customer service. Thanks.

As a retired AF, I love the opportunity to be able to shop at all the exchanges...great prices, quality and tax free. I shop alot online and enjoy the free deliveries. The main thing that always upsets me is when you order an item on sale and the order comes back after a few days and states it is out of stock - but you can buy it at the regular price?????? HOW CAN IT BE OUT OF STOCK? So I email the NEX with this same information and they return an email with the item is out of stock. Sent another email requesting more information on how can it be out of stock if you can buy at regular price. ZERO RESPONSE. HONOR - RESPECT - HONESTY - DUTY --- THE NEX HAS NONE OF THESE QUALITIES.

Coming from the panhandle of Florida where I shopped at the AFB exchange; I find these prices here are the same as civilian store and the exchange does not have Military pricing. I shop in the civilian world now, not worth going out of my way to support this base.

Called to see if they had space heaters so I wouldn’t waste a trip driving there, kept getting bounced around to different departments and hung up on. They were too lazy to just go check.
