So i just left this location at 10:50, my Teller was Erica, her teller ID is 34830 and she was the rudest navy federal employee i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with… i told her i needed to make a deposit and i laid all my cash on the counter (I’m a server so i kept the cash in an envelope to keep it as neat as possible, but i can’t help what bills people give me) so she proceeds to lecture me and tell me i need to take better care of my bills because they have to go through a machine, i just didn’t say anything to her. Again i try to keep my bills organized, but i can’t help the quality of the bills that are given to me by customers. After that she just didnt speak to me that whole time and usually the tellers will tell you the amount you have in cash, ask you if it’s ok/what account it’s going in, then submit the money. She didn’t do any of that, she didn’t speak to me, didn’t tell me my total, all she did was aggressively give me my receipt without saying a word and i left. I’m hoping that she gave me right amount of cash in my account, but i also don’t appreciate how i was treated either.

As a Realtor, I work closely with a lot of lenders. Unfortunately my experience with Sean Gates was less than optimal. No communication WHATSOEVER even his phone number on the preapproval letter was wrong. Unfortunately plenty of opportunity for improvement.
