Always professional, always helpful. Navy Federal is a well ran establishment. They go unnoticed unless I'm prompted to be conscientious about their service. I don't have any memories of having issues when I go to their drive through our when I have to visit them in person.

Terrible location for me i live in lake city. Its a long drive to go to the bank . There are several choices around the jax area and even gainsville. But the people make the difference i only go to this branch.

Worst credit union ever. Went in to open an account. Young black girl at the reception desk was the rudest I’ve ever experienced at a bank (and black before anyone tries to shoot my comment down for this). Dismissive. Unconcerned. Kept repeating herself. Zero help whatsoever.
Also, they locked my fiancé’s online account because she hadn’t logged in for two weeks. Also has placed a hold on her account t until they can verify her identity. I sent the documents to the email they provided last Friday. After no help from anyone with me calling for 4 days straight, today I was told that they gave me the wrong email address and that I needed to resubmit it to a different one. No apology. Then the coward told me it wasn’t his fault, wouldn’t give me his name and then hung up. This was a “supervisor” btw.
Worst bank ever. And a sorry reflection of our armed services. Will be there tomorrow morning in person to cancel account and remove money. Don’t waste your time. These people don’t care AT ALL.
Update. We went into this branch and was greeted by the Branch Manager at the check in kiosk. We informed them we were closing the account because of our experience. We sat until Deandra called us to her desk. We explained the situation. She was very kind and affirming of our feelings. She went to the branch manager and explained the issue. He came to us, asked us about everything. Apologized for the inconvenience and allowed us to get our money with the verification of her ID. I truly appreciate both of their efforts to fix our issue with kindness and concern. Grateful for a much better experience this go round.

SMH closes at 1 on Saturday what a joke laziest bank in America they don’t help what so ever if you are in a bind and need the bank don’t come here

The worst bank I deposited 1800 and they put a 3 day hold I will be going somewhere else vystar bank. Navy federal credit union used to keep veterans with good service now you have to go somewhere else just poor banking!
