Been using Ned Jackson for my taxes since moving to Florida in 2020. Which was actually recommend to me by my boyfriend. They are very honest, they are fast and even when I was traveling for work and working in multiple states, I was able to email them all my documents to make things easier and made sure I didn’t forget anything. They do go above and beyond for their clients.

I have use Ned Jackson Taxes for over 10 years. They are not a fly by the night Tax Perparation Company. You do not get a Tax Prepare Agent Jan-April who onlys does this 4 months out of the year and you find that same person working at your local gas station after April. This is what they do 12 months out of the year. Experence in the field counts.Even if you have not filled for several years they can get you caught up and legal. They do it at a great price that can not be beat! ???

Highly recommended! The staff are always very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable on all Tax related issues. If they don't have the information you need, they will refer to someone who does. I've been using Ned Jackson TAX Services Office for over 16 years.

I've used Ned Jackson for years in Jacksonville, Florida Downtown! Ms. Phyllis and the other worker was the greatest. However, recently I found them to be quite expensive when it comes to short forms. I can only imagine how much they charge for long forms. Receiving 800.00 dollars back from my taxes and they charged 150.00 above for preparing taxes I found expensive. I offered to mail the form myself instead of rapid but was told this would make no difference in the charge. In the past the cost was much less when the return was far less. I personally feel the agency has grown to care more about the charge than the customer satisfaction. I understand these are hard times and the charges are necessary to continue the growth of the agency but if we all were a bit more reasonable with each other situation during this time no one will go without. I know its not the preparers fault but because I have been a loyal customer for years, I do feel they have some control over the charges. This time I am going to try and locate someone cheaper.
