Bazille's crab bisque is wonderful and it comes with a cheesy, crunchy piece of toasted bread. Really delicious! I don't usually care for Cod, but decided to try it and it was great. We were just disappointed that they no longer have half-priced bottles of wine on Wednesdays.

Bazille is always a good choice for meeting friends. The food is very good and it is quiet so conversation is easy.

Not a bad place to take lunch. Pleasant staff (all of them!) and clean facility. They have not had the halibut fish and chips two of the last three times we have ordered it. The crab bisque was mature while the onion soup was generous in size and cheese. The fries that accompany the sandwiches are excellent.

I had not dined at Bazille for over a year before lunching there yesterday. My food and my friend's were outstanding. I look forward to returning soon.

Absolutely horrid experience. Drove to Nordstrom to smell cologne and literally every single bottle was bone dry. And the workers follow me around constantly like I’m going to steal something. Never going back here again. Dillards is BY FAR better. Don’t waste your time here if you are looking to smell some fragrances.

I want to highlight the incredible service I received from Carlos, the shoe salesman at Nordstrom in Jacksonville, Florida. Honestly, I have never been treated like this in any other store. His attention was completely personalized , he helped me not only in the shoe department but also in other departments, taking the time to help me choose items for myself, my husband, and one of my sons. Carlos made the whole experience fun and enjoyable with his great sense of humor and friendly personality. I felt so comfortable that I actually wanted to stay in the store longer. I truly wish every store employee had such a positive and warm attitude. People like Carlos make you want to come back again and again.

My sister-in-law, my niece and I were in the store on Saturday August 2nd, 2025. I asked a young girl in the shoe dept if they had a shoe I was looking for while showing the pic on my phone. She barely looked and said they didn’t while she walked away. No other help offered. Fast forward to the end of our shopping experience. We were waiting for my sister in law to purchase her expensive purse. We were standing in the area talking when a strange older woman with dark short hair, asked us “are you okay?” ( it was also the way she said it). It was so odd because she made us very uncomfortable as she stood in our space just staring at us. My niece said “does she think we’re going to steal something”. As funny as that sounded to me, I think she did. The funny part is any three of us could buy anything we wanted and we did, but at other stores. I found several things at Nordstrom’s I liked but I didn’t buy because I don’t spend money where people treat you this way. Just for reference, I’m a nurse, my niece is a nursing student and my sister-in-law is director of HR for her companies 3 stores. We don’t think we looked like “riffraff.” We won’t be back to Nordstrom’s. The rude older woman who asked us if we were okay, should look in the mirror and ask herself that question. 🫤

There are so many amazing people at this Nordstrom. Thankful for Brenda P. For her help in helping me find babies first shoes today and Jennifer B.(again) in lingerie - she’s helped me immediately postpartum and a year later with my changing body and finding well fitting bras! Both women are incredible. Thank you!
