This has been the most unprofessional experience I have had. To start with, the bookstore had ran out of scrubs for the Nursing program Aug 1st and every time I would call to ask about uniforms the manager( the blonde hair I believe her name is Allison) would say “ we don’t have any in stock and I don’t know when we will get any” Not to mention the scrubs that were there were the ones with makeup on it for weeks instead of them taking them down. For a month she has been very nonchalant and cold when inquiring about uniforms. It wasn’t until a body of Nursing students with to the higher ups that they received a shipment today of scrubs. Now she did say she had to barcode them and to order it online and I could go from there. However when going on the website it still didn’t have my size listed so I went back to see if I was selecting the right item. So she has said the bookstore doesn’t close for lunch but yet and still it was closed until two. I had stuck around for 30 minutes after class to wait for it to be open so I could finally begin the process of my uniform. Now when she opens the store she is with a customer when she answers her personal phone. She comes up to me and says she has to close the store. I told her I just have a really quick question . Her response is “ I don’t have a time when I will be back I just have to close the store so you all have to leave” Now I understand emergencies but there is a way that you handle students. It is unfortunate that the timing is bad but you would of think being that what I’ve been through and my classmates been through she would have been available for a question even if it was to be answered leaving out the door. She has by far been insensitive and nonchalant throughout it all and either they need more staff or explain managing customer service in tough situations.

Allison’s super nice and helpful, my order was supposed to have arrived and we couldn’t find it. Instead of telling me to wait til she finds it, she refunded it and helped me replace it right then and there. She’s a great person.

Didn’t have the supplies I need for my class in time. I get the voicemail a lot of the time when I try calling. The store is disorganized to me but nice staff.

They really do not answer I’ve called 50+ times I emailed them no answer. They answered once to just tell me it was at south campus but failed to tell me that only one book was there not all 3. It was really my mess up putting the wrong email but I had no clue it was going to be so difficult to reach this bookstore.

Wouldn't even give it a rate if that was an option. I have placed over 30 calls just for none to be answered about books that I placed an order for over 3 WEEKS AGO. Class starts next week and yet and still I have no books.

The manager could not find my student ID number after I spoke to someone on the phone with FSCJ they advised that they should have been able to locate my student ID number through their system I waited over 30 minutes to be there to still not get the books that I need it very disappointing

This place is absolutely Terrible. The manager was yelling at me and arguing when I tried to explain to them about what one of their workers said before and she wouldn’t let me speak. Absolutely terrible service. I would not recommend this bookstore.

I'm a student ,,went in to get a couple of things and I didnt have my student ID,,, well they said they couldnt take my drivers license ,,I had to have my student ID,,, downtown campus takes my driver license when I dont have my student ID ,,THATS CRAZY,,NEVER HEARD OF THAT AND ILL NEVER RETURN BACK,,the lady with the piercings was really rude,,didnt work with me or anything,,,,

(Abusive over priced company that takes advantage of financial aid) They do not go by the printed policy of price matching do not waste your time here they always do a fit regarding price match. They are selling a book for $370 and its $96 at barnes anoble.. same book and you can rent it for $17 online what a disrespectful business it is taking advantage of kids with financial aid and over paying for it.. I drove 30 mins to this campus to get a you need to come Monday to tall to a manager that's too much.. so why are there policys and laws?...
