Fast and prompt service. They were not pushy with up sales (notoriously annoying at oil change places). They did my change and sent me on my way within 15 minutes.

Always fast service, but very high turnover. You will never see the same employees or even managers from one oil change to the next. Regardless, although somewhat inconsistent, service is generally completed competent and quickly with minimal upselling tactics. I’ve continued to use them for past 4-5 years without any issues.

Disclaimer, I did not get service from them - but I rolled up on them with a flat that I got right at the intersection. I was frazzled and pulled up out of nowhere on them - even though they had a customer's car they were working on they paused what they were doing to help me out so I could get home. Just wanted to say thank you!!

I have been going to famous lube with all of my personal vehicles as well as work trucks For the Four years. I’ve never had anything less than A+ CustomerService. Chris has bent over backwards to get me in and out in a timely manner every time and his team is extremely respectful and knowledgeable in their craft. I would highly recommend using them for any type of car care that you need.
