Ocean Blue is such a beautiful apartment community. The clubhouse is so nice, with a well appointed gym, large pool and a computer room as well for residents. Plus Grace and Devin are so helpful!

I love this place. Its nice and quiet. Neighbors are nice. Grounds keeping are always clean. The office staff are always helpful. I love the fact they do random get togethers for Neighbors to come together. They also have alot of food trucks come in. The pool and gym are very nice and well kept. I also love the fact we recycle here. We got an area to wash your car which is nice. Its honestly the best apartment complex ive ever stayed at.

Ocean Blue is a great place to live: clean, comfortable, and quiet, with Manager Angel McElveen leading the way helped by assistant Christa Mancini. OB is only one minute by car from Hanna Park and just minutes from downtown Atlantic Beach.Rents are very reasonable!

My 2 roommates and I have been living here for 2 years and we love it! When Ilene became the manager, she completely flipped the old ocean blue on its head and improved our experience x10. Tyler keeps the pool very clean and him and Desmond are very prompt with their responses to maintenance requests. Great location to the Mayport base and beach is just about a mile away. Would recommend for sure!
EDIT: I take back everything I said above. A new management company took over and completely cut costs and fired all the people who worked here previously. They advertise this as a gated community but the gate has been broken for 6 months so we either can’t get into our own apartment complex, or it’s wide open for anyone to come in. I had 2 bikes stolen when the gate was left open for months. (Yes they were locked). The new management company, Hawthorne, has some pretty negative google reviews across the board. We are moving out, and just in time because this place has gone downhill so fast.

I been in the military for 4 years now been station on Norfolk and florida, I'd rent multiple places. Best place I stayed so far is here.

We’ve absolutely been loving living here! The staff in the office and their maintenance team are simply amazing! They host great party’s/events have great food, and are always so welcoming to their residents & any issues you may have they try their best to solve within a timely manner. I promise you won’t regret moving here!
