I was looking for a store to sharpen garden tools and called around to many stores. Oceanway Hardware was recommended. I called and received a competitive price. It took me a week to visit and I’m glad I did! This really nice, tall gentleman (Raymond-owner) walked out and made us feel welcomed. He listened to what we needed and his brother had my tools sharpened in about 10 to 15 mins. As we were waiting for tools to be sharpened, Raymond engaged us in a wonderful conversation on the history of the hardware store. The customer service we experienced was excellent and we plan on visiting again along with recommending to our friends!

Nice little hardware store.Always a easy in and a easy out compared to a Lowes. The ouners are good people and always available to answer questions. I use this store for hardware i need at work and rat traps for my apartment.

The owner is so nice and caring, he keeps the store open even during hard times like Corona virus too! He was so helpful and the store is so old and such a pull back in time! The store is the perfect size to find things easily. They even sell locally made things like honey, pickles, and more. I personally bought the small honey and can definitely say I'll be back for more! They also sell things like plants and lawnmowers and it's so convenient.

I was riding down Main Street and seen that Oceanway hardware was closed. I thought I had made it in time and this wonderful man (Raymond) opened back up just to assist me for my needs. When I tell you, he helped me in a big way cause I was really die hard need and did not have time to wait. He brought me in the store and got everything that I needed to fix my issue. And also showed me what I needed to do. That’s AMAZON. You do not see that often he really cares and have a passion about what he doe's. He is a true store owner that really cares. I was able to hear ? his story! Keep going my man you are a SUPER STAR ⭐️

Raymond at oceanway hardware has been so helpful. I ordered a shelf that came in without any screws and he and his employees sat there and found each screw I needed and help me build the shelf to make sure it was what I needed. Highly recommend because shuemans didn't want to help at all. Will 100% always use oceanway hardware from now on. Thank you Raymond for all your help! Truly appreciated!

How nice it is to have found a neighborhood hardware store. The staff is very helpful, they have everything, and it's so much nicer than going to a huge store where you have to wander the aisles to find things.
