I went to the Old Navy store in St. John's Center. With the number of customers they have, there weren't many employees walking around to help customers. Customer service could improve, even if the employees are at a younger age bracket. I always appreciate that prices are always affordable on most apparel, especially when they have a sale. I preferably would shop online.

Customer service is atrocious here. Trying to buy a few items. Tell the cashier I want to pay majority of my total on my card and I’ll give her the remaining few in cash. Had to repeat myself 3 times on what I wanted to do. She put it in the system backwards. Calls up management- tells the assistant manager that I said I wanted to do the majority in cash and remaining on card. Which is not what I said. Both had attitudes and blaming me. She asked for my receipt- I said she didn’t give me one which is true because she didn’t ask me how I wanted the receipt just chose which one she wanted to give me and the manager was clearly annoyed I didn’t have a receipt. I had 2 discounts that I used when I was originally rung up. The manager puts in my items again and does not use my discounts. I asked for them to out re applied she said “that’s a one time thing only you’re not getting those again”. A. The attitude of these employees are atrocious. B. You should’ve said that when it was used the first time that I couldn’t again. C. It’s not my fault it was ring up incorrectly and your staff is incompetent. Walked out not purchasing my items. I won’t be back for this reason and it’s a shame I spend a lot here. Do better please.

I went to Old Navy in Orange Park to pick up an online order. The store was not busy. There was one cashier answering the phone and waiting on someone checking out. I waited 10 minutes and the checkout was still going on. No one else was called to help. I had to leave as I had another appointment. Obviously, customers are interrupting their doing nothing

I just had the worst customer service experience here I’ve had in my entire life. I stopped by around 6:45 on a Sunday, unaware the store closes 2 hours earlier (7pm) on Sundays. I went to the dressing room and around 7:10, an employee knocks on my door and I told her it was occupied, completely unaware the store had closed. I was already dressed and leaving when she loudly says to her coworker that someone is still in the dressing room, with an extremely bad attitude. When I exited I apologized and told her I had no idea the store was closed, to which she replied sarcastically, “the lights and music are off” and rolled her eyes. Above my dressing room and in the dressing room, lights were still on. No announcement was made about the store closing. She then proceeded to lie and say I had previously asked her what time they closed and she said 7. Mind you, this was my first time seeing this woman in my life. I was ushered to the dressing room by a different person and never asked about closing time, as the store was still full when I entered. She then proceeded to double down on her lie, and when I remained adamant I hadn’t spoken to her or even seen her, she yelled at me to “just leave the store already”. I made my way to checkout since I had already decided to buy a few items, and every employee I encountered on my way was rude. I have never been spoken to so condescendingly in my life. Avoid this store at all costs!

This is the worst costumer service i ever had. I bought a pants and, i decide to get a bigger size. and when i arrived at the casher i showed him my receipt (the same guy as previous day) he told me the pants is not in the receipt and i can do nothing for you. When i double checked the receipt i found him charged me twice in the other pants i bought and he didn’t charge me for the one i want to replace .

Yessi is the ISSSSHHHHHH!! She had such great customer service and honestly if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have bought but a couple things but I ended up spending over $200. All customer service reps need to go above and beyond like she did. Great leader and give me hope for customer service again. Give that girl a raise!!

After purchasing several hundreds dollars worth of merchandise at the St. Augustine store we noticed a flaw in one of the items. We attempted to swap it out while at this store in the St. John’s Town Center. We were informed they were priced different at this store so would be required to pay more. What a joke for customer service. It’s the same product from a chain store and they want to charge more for having shoddy workmanship. Avoid this store as they do not understand customer service.
