I WILL NEVER SELL CLOTHES TO THEM AGAIN AND WILL NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES!!! Took a garbage bag of baby clothes to sell and they took out maybe 10 items out of a garbage bag full. Told me they had stains, we're inside out, and out of date. IT TAKES 1 SECOND TO FLIP CLOTHES RIGHT SIDE IN YET NO clothes were inside out cause I just went through ALL OF THEM, had already taken out the items that had stains, and how do know they are out of date? When did clothes have an expiration date. They didn't take any of the Christmas items I had. All clothes were NB-12mths. There is absolutely NOTHING on the website that states any of this information. It was a waste of my time and I will never return to buy or sell items. Dont waste your gas. They will be out of business soon.

Attempted to sell 2 brand new onesies that we were gifted that are Christmas themed that are newborn size that my unborn twins will not be able to wear as their first Christmas they will be 11 months old. The onesies are brand new with the tags still on them that they retail for $28 and they offered my husband $1.80. Absolutely absurd. They also apparently don’t sell diaper covers for little girls even if they are brand new. We will not be back and I recommend people take their business elsewhere.

******SELLING RECALLED ITEMS!!! I purchased a Baby Trend Sit and Stand double stroller at this location on 9/02/25. After using it once I realized it was too heavy for me to use, so I returned to the store on 9/23/25 to sell it back. They then informed me that they could not buy it because it was recalled in early 2023. Once I realized I had been sold an unsafe, recalled item I requested a full refund as this item should have never been sold. They said without the original tag there was nothing they could do- however they have a reward program that tracks every purchase you make in their store, and they refused to use that system. One of the associates also mentioned that they needed to figure out which employee was accepting recalled items because just yesterday someone tried to sell them a baby swing they had originally purchased at that store and it had been recalled prior to their purchase as well. So this is an ongoing problem they are aware of and they do not have a plan in place to rectify it. I have already reported them to the CPSC and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs, but parents need to be aware this location is selling recalled items.

Declined offers for items I was trying to sell and won't return.
They tried to give $6 for 4-5 Halloween costumes, a toy pink plastic bat, a beanie, a brand new Disney hoodie. That was all items they were going to take and only give the customer $6.
I understand still needing to make a profit but that is outrageous and I will not shop here ever.

I can Guarantee they do not look at the clothes. Because I dropped of 3 bags and came back with about 2 bags. I look through to see why they didn’t take the rest. 1 and I mean 1 pair of jeans had a hole in it, but everything else was nice. No rips, no stains. Just plain laziness

I didn't do any selling here just went in looking for a changing pad for my son. The store was very clean and spacious, I have a long double stroller and had no issues maneuvering it throughout the store. While I didn't find what I was looking for, I did pick up some clothes for my daughter and some books which were all in very nice condition and a fair price in my opinion.
I will definitely be back, especially for clothing because there was a vast selection and it was all organized in a way that made it incredibly easy to shop. Only reason this doesn't get five stars is because there wasn't a large selection of toys or baby accessories such as nursing covers, carriers, etc...

This place is the worst I’ve ever been to. I took my daughter’s stuff there, and the store was busy. I drove off and didn’t pass 10 minutes before they told me they were done. When I got there, they had already bought the top pant from the bag because the rest were stained. They paid only 1.50$ for it! They didn’t even bother to check the bag because it was the same as when I dropped off the stuff. They literally took the one pant on the bag on top. It’s terrible service, and they don’t even bother to look at the things. Never again

Very nice at first and accommodating but when I came an picked up they had refused to buy anything because they claimed the clothes were damp. I literally washed everything right before coming and had just pulled from the dryer. They were FRESHLY cleaned... sorry maybe I should've brought them instead after they'd sat around for a while and collected some dust so there would be no questions. Not going to lug 3 kids to the store just for maybe a $10-$15 offer; not this one at least.

I love this store. Just went for the first time and I'll be back. Great selection of sizes and items. Staff was helpful and friendly. I was shocked at the low prices and sale prices too.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would the people are rude and disrespectful I bought something from the store it didn’t fit my child went to return it and they said because it’s clearanced they can’t do anything not even let me exchange it for something that will fit my child the lady had the audacity to tell me to make sure I pay attention to the sizes but I did they was girl clothes that were put in the boys section so overall I will not shop at this store and I will make sure I let Eve know how unprofessional this place is unless it clearance this place is not worth it…. Do not shop here

Don't bother bringing your stuff here. The girl at the front desk (I'm assuming she's the manager, the way the associates interacted with her) was pleasant during drop off (not so much at pick up while talking rudely to the cashier that was checking me out) but they took brand new $15 toys, still in the box, and gave me roughly $1 each. $59 for 58 items and most of what they took were new toys and an infant chair (bigger, nicer items). Having a yard sale would've been a better use of my time and I'd recommend you doing the same. You'd make a heck of a lot more money doing so.

The only plus that is was super clean and had a huge selection. That being said, the prices are barely 20% off of what you’d pay full price for new in the store. A single onsie for 6.50 that I promise you was 9.99 for a 3 pack at TJ Maxx. Go shop clearance at the store, and buy new unused clothes
