Now I have shopped at this store a few times, however today was the first time that we used the fitting room. As we were finishing up, I looked up from where I was sitting on the bench inside the fitting room and I see a security camera pointing directly at the fitting room. When brought up, we were told that it may look like it can see inside the fitting rooms, it can’t. Yeah that’s not very reassuring. I just want other parents to also be aware.

Brought in 0-3 months baby clothing and coats, all name brand items. Within 15 minutes or less was told my order was ready and almost non of my items were accepted. Carters, old navy,...there is no way they went through a filled bin of every baby item, non of it had been touched. Worst exp. Ever

brought in numerous items multiple times and they bought a small amount but that isn’t why i am rating poorly. i have been to this location multiple times and it is by far the worst ouac in jacksonville. every time i have gave this location another chance, i am shown again why not to bother with them. toys i have brought in to sell that were bought, were returned to me with missing pieces. totes i have brought in with clothes, have been gave back with clothes that aren’t even my children’s?? very unfortunate experience almost every time i have been here wish it was better.

This is just the best OUAC location in Jacksonville. What a selection of perfect, like new, flawless children's clothes! The best place to go back to school shopping. I travel 2 hours from my home every year to shop here and it is so worth it.

Highly annoyed 🙄 do not waste your time here I had double and about 3-6 big laundry baskets full of clothes, strollers, walkers, bouncer’s & shoes I have twins and a 5 & 8 year old that I was trying to get rid of their things literally only took the clothes and only looked at them for maybe and hour before they texted me I walked in lady took one look at the almost brand new strollers and asked were they were from and said they stop taking anything purchased from SHEIN or Temu even though the clothes from there and some items still had price tags and never worn. Then when I went to pick up items said there was an odor and had pet hair. I don’t own any pets which is weird don’t see how that’s even possible.. and clothes were literally washed and sitting in scented garbage bags for months. So as you can see a bit confused about (odor) especially sense there were brand new clothes with tags still. I don’t even care about the money I was literally just trying to get rid of everything, now I know and moving forward gonna continue to donate to homeless.Definitely not getting my business anymore.

I keep giving this business chances but today day was my last day. I’ve been bringing my children’s clothes here for probably 6 to 9 months and each time it’s a different problem. The first time was that I didn’t have them in a basket, I totally understood this so I returned next time with my children’s clothes in a basket, one other time it was that they weren’t accepting those items at the time, OK I understood. Maybe it was a seasonal thing. The next time I went in, I brought both of my children’s Clothes washed and dried, in separate baskets, and there was a couple of things thrown on the top that weren’t folded, and a few items in there that I knew weren’t going to sell, but I had them in there anyway. I returned after 2 1/2 hours of waiting, just for them to tell me that they were only buying three items and that the rest they couldn’t accept because they were “too wrinkled.”
I decided it was OK that they didn’t take my items because I knew I had at least $10 in rewards because I shopped at this location pretty frequently, as I clicked on my reward which was $10 off of my purchase. They told me that I couldn’t use my reward because I had purchased too many items that were on clearance. Which was understandable.. except the entire store was clearance..
I feel like I just keep getting ripped off.
From now on, I think I’m just gonna donate my clothes to those who need it and hopefully nobody complains that they’re too wrinkled!

Terrible experience at this location. I drop off several different size clothing to sell. I drive back home because it’s going to be 4 hours before my items get checked. I get a text stating they can not buy any of my items. I call store to find out why they tell me because there is a slight odor. I just washed these clothes. They put me on hold and get a manager to talk to me. She also states at first there is a slight door in both boxes I dropped off. Which is ridiculous because there was no odor when dropped off. Then she said well they are all adult sizes in there. I said nope try again. Because no they are not all adults sizes. There is girls and boys and maybe some was small adult I didn’t even think about that when dropped off. So one excuse to another one. I go in there quite a bit and find stained, worn clothes and shoes. So I wanna know who Is approving the worst type clothes and shoes. Then want to charge you almost full cost for a lot of them.however try to make excuses why they don’t wanna take time to go through my boxes because they are too busy.

Terrible selling experience. I bright in infant clothes that my son wore one time and was given reasons that made no sense. Items that did not come in pairs I was told they couldn’t accept it because the other part was missing. When I said it was sold without an undershirt because it is summer wear they said we can’t take it. Then I walked over and found the exact SAME item with no undershirt with it on the rack in their store and I just got a blank stare. They told me some of the button down shirts they couldn’t take because they were wrinkled. When I asked where is that in your guidelines…I received another blank stare. I was then told it could be different depending on who is sorting through stuff…so I replied if I come back another day with the same stuff someone else may take it? The two girls and I say girls because they didn’t look a day over 17, both looked at each other and one said “yeahhhhhh” . I will never do this again. I see now why people sell at consignment pop ups instead because this feels like a scam. I feel like a better system that is written out would be more appropriate than leaving it up to the taste of the sorter.

Best stocked location in Jax. Open, clean bathrooms and in a strip mall with many other stores. Join the new moms club. Lots of sales.
