Amazing shop. Awesome staff. Always willing to go the extra mile to solve my bike fit problems and help with custom orders. Wouldn’t take my bikes anywhere else for maintenance.

Super helpful staff! The owner has always taken great care of us and helps us choose the best equipment. Also, when we took our bike in to get fixed he held onto a light for a couple of months and remembered to give it back to us when we came back!

I have brought two different e-bikes in for a flat tire repair and a new tire installation. Ally got me checked in both times and within a couple of hours, I was rolling again…!Great service, Holt checked out my gears and shifter and tweaked my adjustments.Good luck with all you do, I love your dogs too…!Paul Shaar

I ended up paying $110 for a repair of less than $20.I had been a Tucker Bicycles customer for just over a year. And despite the few opportunities I had to take my bike there, my overall experience had been quite pleasant and the service/price ratio is quite decent until.....A month ago I went again to look for a general quote for the maintenance of a bicycle. This appointment lasts almost two weeks. And when Mr. Tucker calls me to tell me the total amount, I asked him not to do any repairs, since it did not make sense for me to make such an investment for a bycicle that I did not even expect to keep, (even I told him that I wanted to buy a GT and I asked if he had any and he said no).Apparently not agreeing to these repairs, Mr. Tucker did not like, since after that his treatment to me changed drastically , being particularly rude when I went to get the bike.I decided don't care about it and a week later, after buying a GT at Dickies, I decided to take it to him for a tune up, trusting his work to get it set up. From the outset he tells me that I have to leave the bike again for two weeks (a time that seemed exaggerated to me due to the work to be done) but I agreed without any problem.Exactly 11 days after I drop off my bike, I decide to bring my girlfriend's bike to them for a simple chain adjustment with the intention of having it ready when the other bike is ready. To my surprise, my previous bike was ready, but with the particularity that the rear wheel had been changed. When I ask how that was possible my bike it's completely NEW, Mr. Tucker tells me that the tire had a hole in it. My surprised reaction at not understanding how it was possible, the bike was new, I hadn't used it even once. Also, since it was possible that they had not called or sent me a message before changing the tire, Mr. Tucker told me that he had called me days before, which was a lie and I even showed him that I had no call for them. So, let's see, how is it possible that there is no record or check list of the good and/or bad things when a bicycle enters your workshop? Second, how come repairs are made without prior authorization! He was quite unprofessional in the way he handled the whole situation and disrespectful to a customer. Obviously I will not return there and I will make sure that no one I know does.

Tucker cycles is that local bike shop where you just wanna take your bike in because they feel like the small town friendly bike shop that knows their customers and isn't trying to rip them off or just make money. They will give you honest opinions and do quality work right in front of you. Highly recommend if you want a trustworthy business tinkering your precious bikes.

Travelers from Alaska, both needing tune ups on our very different mountain bikes. We were met with kindness, knowledge & great cycling suggestions. No more slipping of my chain when shifting gears, all my gears working, we were emboldened. We ended up spending the rest of the day cycling around Avondale & Ortega, “getting lost” amongst the idyllic weather & Jacksonville neighborhoods. An encouraging, helpful & uplifting experience all around. Thanks, Holt & team.
