We offer convenient locations in northeastern Florida to bring your care closer to where you live and work. Our Southside location offers a full range of diagnostic imaging services, including CT, x-ray, MRI, ultrasound, mammography and more. This location offers weekend hours on Saturdays, available by appointment only.

Dr. Mazzela is a godsend. He administered occipital neuralgia injections and I feel amazing after decades of pain. I am definitely going to return on a regular basis for pain management. The staff are also very helpful and efficient, and my appointment was less than an hour from start to finish.

Jodie and Marilyn are the very best definition of exceptional, superior and above and beyond customer service. They each truly went out of their way to ensure I was able to get scheduled and receive the best preventative care. I would truly recommend this location to anyone who seeks imaging services.

I called to get my images and report no answer I left a message no one called so I had to drive two hours because I moved to chiefland two hours to get what I needed to get another mammogram set up
