I called to get my images and report no answer I left a message no one called so I had to drive two hours because I moved to chiefland two hours to get what I needed to get another mammogram set up

I need help for an appointment, I speak Spanish and I can't get them to answer me because the call is in English, they hang up on me, I don't have a translator.
