I cannot begin to say how lucky I feel to find this fitness center. The coach’s are very motivational, very caring, and keep the class at a very good pace. I would recommend this place to any of my close friends because as a beginner to working out they have truly made me feel like this can be apart of my routine, and that I’m capable of maintaining this lifestyle. I cannot wait to continue with this fitness center knowing that each time I go they care about my goals, as much as I do; if not more. Thank you all so so much!!

I had to cancel my membership due to financial changes. I tried to cancel it over a month prior to my bill date, was told I would have to wait until the following month to cancel due to my contract. Then when I attempted to cancel the following month they told me I would be charged one more time because I didn't cancel over 30 days before my next billing. These unethical and predatory business practices are why Orange Theory of Jax deserves one star.

Highly recommend! Gym anxiety is a real thing especially when you are overweight. I was really nervous to go in and talk but everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. When I started here I wasn’t able to lift weights and they gave me a modification for every single exercise! Jason is an amazing knowledgeable trainer. He somehow is able to motivate and push me without ever making me feel like my abilities are not good enough. It provides the benefit of a personal trainer without the direct over attention. It provides me with accountability and direct instruction! I love orange theory but especially this gym and Jason.

Great studio from too to bottom. If you’re intimidated to go because you feel like you can’t handle the workout or maybe feel like you wouldn’t fit in, just put all that aside. Do yourself a favor and try that first class. It’s free and doesn’t hurt to see. But I’m confident that you would be back for more classes. Especially if you’re like me and need structure. The coaches are great as well as all other staff.

Very fun! High energy, get your sweat pouring, splat points, full-body workout. I always feel great but I feel even greater after leaving this place post workout.

I’ve been looking for efficient workout places, and I signed up for the transformation challenge with OTF so I can loss some weight. So far I’ve been successfully lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks!!! Woohoo!

Joined a few months ago and I am enjoying being a member! All of the coaches are very informative and friendly. As someone who had no real workout experience before coming, it’s important to me that I get feedback on my form when lifting weights to 1) avoid injury, and 2) get the most out of the exercise. I like that I don’t have to ask for help, although I can/do, the coaches will proactively come over and let me know how to do the exercise. It’s a very motivating environment to be in. I enjoy being able to turn off my brain and not have to think about what exercise to do next, it is all planned out for the class already. The class offerings are spread out between the morning and afternoon during weekdays; on weekends, there are morning offerings. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking to get into exercise on a more routine basis. Yes, it is pricier than gyms that are self-lead, but it’s cheaper than a personal trainer, and all I have to worry about is signing up and showing up. I am learning with each workout. Excited for the next one!
