Went to exchange a battery under warranty and got told no because the battery tested good but how do I know the equipment that is testing my battery in calibration or not so long story short went to crank my truck up and it wouldn’t crank then he had to use 3 different jump boxes to jump it in order to get enough juice to turn over but wanted to blame a short on my end so the customer service from the assistant manager and employees are the worst.

I was told I had to know the diameter went to the auto zone, no problem at all. That girl made me so mad I did humble myself. I had bad customer service, and she needs to learn how to talk to people

Alex on lem turner Rd really went above and beyond to provide me excellent customer service . He recommended me a replacement inside review mirror , He found my outside rearview mirror on the shelf in the store with no problem then assisted me with my 2016 Honda Civic car door because the rubbers was coming off he fixed it for me, I was very happy for this experience.
