Any time I go in there, it seems that nobody knows anything about what I need for my car. I'm always referred to go to the dealer or a performance shop for answers.
But, on the stuff that they are capable of helping me with, it's not bad. Prices are pretty high for a lot of stuff though. My God, who pays $13+ for a single quart of motor oil? I was able to find the same exact oil on Amazon in a 12pk for $47.

Rusty flipped me the bird and cussed me after it took him 15min to find a part which was not the correct one. When he returned with the correct product he rang up the wrong box and then threw it at me. Trash facility and customer service e.

Had a dead battery gentleman at the front counter Bryan was super helpful he tested my battery and confirmed that the battery wasn’t holding charge. Thankfully the battery was still under warranty. Bryan replaced the battery for me as I had no tools in hand to do so. My warranty ends these upcoming months I will most definitely be buying my next battery from O Reilly lol this time with a 3 year warranty. Thank you for the great customer service.
