Michael an “employee” at O’Reily was VERY patient, kind and respectful whiling helping me change my battery. I did not think that my experience at O’reilys came with this particular kind of energy and enthusiasm to help a stranger until I came Sunbeam O’Reilys in mf cold.

The folks are super nice but the prices have gone nuts. They had Wix 57202 oil filters for $23.99 each and Wix 57356 oil filters for $13.99 each. I rode two miles away to Napa and picked up Napa Gold 7202 for $13.80 each and Napa Gold 7356 for $9.32 each. Same filters as Wix makes the filters for Napa and usually charges MORE for them. These filters were $7.99 three years ago. Napa sure as hell isn't selling them at a loss, which means O'Reilly's is cracking it off in our wallets. Please do better. I really like you guys!

Why go to a Walmart and wait for hours for your battery? You just park, they bring the battery out to you, and install it all in a few minutes. They're real good on matching most prices, and even if they don't exactly match, they're close enough and a small price difference is well worth avoiding the grief and hassle at Walmart Auto. Besides, you're probably getting a much better quality battery!
