Orkin Pest Control offers customized treatment plans to effectively target pest problems in homes both inside and out. Their trained professionals, like Sean, are meticulous and friendly, taking the time to thoroughly inspect and treat the root of the issue. Customers have shared positive experiences with their service techs, noting that although scheduling can sometimes be difficult and service calls may vary, the technicians are often professional, knowledgeable, and eager to go above and beyond. For example, one technician arrived ahead of time and treated troublesome areas with care, and another took the time to ask questions to understand the issues better before spraying, baiting, and cleaning. Many customers appreciate the expertise and kindness of Orkin representatives, such as Crystal, who take the time to educate and support customers. The company’s promise of satisfaction guarantee aims to provide peace of mind, and their ability to come out quickly, even on Saturdays, helps address urgent pest issues like ants, lizards, and frogs.
