Great fast Customer Service! Purchased water dog collar several years ago and had a problem with the loop. Contacted Customer Service and asked if I could get collar repaired. Instead, they offered to replace the collar free of charge. Received replacement collar within a few days and put it to good use over the weekend on our lab. Thank you!

I think I have posted maybe 5 reviews ever but this just isn’t right. I have ordered $1,000’s of dollars from Over Under and have been a long time customer. I just order about $350 in T-shirts (yes, $350 in t-shirts so you know I am crazy and loyal). The t-shirts are now 50% polyester (not 100% cotton) and are NOT made in the USA but rather Peru. Less quality shirt, made outside of the USA and the same price. It appears that Over Under has sold out like most other companies. Yes, I understand P&L’s, bottom lines, etc. but their brand is now misleading and is more about marketing and not quality made in the USA. Sorry, but my loyalty is going elsewhere.

I ordered a Christmas gift from here. When I received my package on Friday, it was the wrong size. I called the number on the receipt, a very nice man answered the phone, apologized for the mistake and told me they would ship me the correct size and include a return label in the shipment for me to return the incorrect size. Today, (Wednesday 3 business days later) I received the package with the correct size shirt and a shipping bag with the shipping label already on it for me to send back the incorrect sized shirt. Literally all I have to do is put the shirt in the bag, seal it up, and take it to the post office. To me that is quality customer service when they make it simple for the paying customer. I will always highly recommend this brand and this company!

I can't say enough about the quality of Over Under products. I have the Marion tote and as a woman that appreciates finer, high quality items this bag is top notch! I receive compliments every time I use it. The leather is a high quality that you don't find in the typical bag - well worth every penny! I recently ordered dog collars for my pups and they are amazing as well. Winston and Teddy have never looked so good! Thank you Over Under for the amazing products and even better customer service.

The quality of their products are second to none. The waxed briar jacket and whitby vest are timeless. The t-shirts will quickly become your favorite in your closet, they are the most comfortable! I have been buying their products for years, and will continue for years to come. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE!! And they're made in America.
