Last minute shopping found me scrambling for a place to buy a Bogg Bag. I found the original Bogg Bag as well as the Simply Southern version. My husband unwillingly went with me but walked out with two dress shirts of his own that he found at half price. My 6 year old granddaughter convinced Poppy that if she could have $20, she'd be able to buy her cousins Christmas gifts. She was right. She bought all the of them a gift and went home with change. $20 in change because Poppy was someone talked into buying gifts she picked out.

I’m giving this store a 5 star review because of the above and beyond customer service I received from the district manager, Mary.She called me directly and addressed my issues with employee interactions within 2 days of the issue.I spoke to Christian, the store manager, to resolve the issue that Mary helped to advise over the phone. He did a great job helping to exceed my expectations to resolve the customer service issue faced earlier in the week. He was friendly and patient and very easy going. I will be back!!

Today was my first time coming to the store. I got there a little after open and there wasn’t a single person who worked there present in the store after 10 minutes I walked out and sat in my car looking into the store to see if anyone who worked there would start walking around after another 10 minutes of waiting to see if someone would show up I left. Management might want to find better staff because anyone could’ve come in grabbed inventory and left with out a single employee there to see. I also then tried to call the store around 11:50am and no one answered they just let the phone ring and ring until the call disconnected

Have been going to Palmetto Moon in Charleston and Augusta Georgia for years. Use to love going to this store for FSU clothing when in Jacksonville. Not any more. This store is not as big and full as the SC and Georgia stores. Bring back FSU stuff.

First time coming into the store was not the greatest experience.I was greeted by a tall young man who was soft spoken and polite as I was walking around and looking I ran into another young man who was tossing product on the floor who was very verbal and loud about the dislike of something with the store I am guessing I didn’t buy anything and just left but I wanted to give it another chance and came in a few days ago and was greeted again by the tall young man this time I got his name stormi who seemed to be training another young man both were very polite and helpful. I ended up buying a few things and when I went to pay, I wanted to do a split transaction of card and cash stormi asked if it was ok that he showed the other young man on how to do a split payment and walked him through it so nicely I will not be coming back if it is the loud young man who seems very disrespectful of the store and products you sell but I want to say great job to stormi and know the young man he is training is in great hands keep up the good job and you will go far

Each time I visit Palmetto Moon , Mathew and the girls are always right there to greet and help w any questions I may have. Thank you Mathew for always being polite and extremely helpful when it comes to my daughter! We appreciate u and the employees! Seems like u have a great team here in the Jacksonville store!!!

I would like to just say i come into this store all the time. There is always one gentleman there that is always eager to help me find the right size due to the fact i am a larger person. The only thing i know is his name which is Matthew. When first recommended southern marsh and was actually able to give some info on the clothes and personal experience of the ones he has purchased. However i do believe the store would run a lot better if he could keep a good staff.

I just moved here in Jacksonville from Charleston, SC and I was so happy that they have Palmetto moon here. I always shop and love the store. I was so disappointed how the store is not organize. When I came in a guy name Matthew standing by the cash register on his phone texting. He didn’t even greet me when I came in or ask if I needed a help. I ask one of the employee who is Matthew in the register. I was surprised the employee said he is the store manager. Obviously he doesn’t have a store manager etiquette.I came in another day because I want to give the store another chance and Matthew the store manager is working, but this time very rude. I asked him if I can have a fitting room he just looked at me and continue talking on the phone. I hope the higher up can read this. They can give Matthew a training on how to be a good customer service because he is not leading by example to his employee.

Great location! Great service! and everyone was super friendly they didn't have a huge Brumate selection but everything else was great.

Thieves!!! Horrible customer service. After showing the sales clerk my charge went through, they said they had to charge me again. After countless hours of trying to rectify, the bank says charge is legit since I swiped card twice however Palmetto Moon will not rectify. Cheryl the manager didn’t return calls at beginning and now basically said “sorry”. I am now paying twice for a purchase. Spent hours on the phone even conferencing Cheryll into my BofA call. Palmetto Moon could care less now I’m ripped off. Wow!! Too bad as they have some nice items in the store. Their loss over what could have been rectified.

THIEVES!!!! And horrible Customer Service. Had the most horrific experience at the Jacksonville Town Center location. Upon checking out, my cc showed approved however the salesperson, I believe it was Lee, stated they had a glitch and it did not go through. I checked my bank account and showed them the charge. They said "No, that's just a hold and will drop off". Cheryll the manager was called over, she called IT and said they needed to charge me again. I expressed my concern. Sure enough having two charges and after countless efforts and hours on my end trying to resolve with Cheryll (Mgr) who said she would call back but did not initially and the bank, the bank declined my dispute due to "running the actual card through the machine twice therefore its legit" and Palmetto Moon refusing to assist and Cheryll offered NO resolution. My last reach out on 8/5, Cheryll was quiet on the phone and said, "I'm sorry, have a good day!". WOW. Just got ripped off. Sad part is no acknowledgement or assistance to help. No resolution offered. So many ways to fix this issue. I would have gladly made some efforts on my end, beyond the hours already invested, to make it right. So many options. Sadly, loved the store and saw so many items I would have been back for. Horrible customer service experience after just getting ripped off!
