Update: I will NEVER understand the HYPE around Pandora and their silver plated jewelry. My son bought me a birthday present. A SILVER bracelet with two charms. Which is says .925. I have worn it twice since getting it on 02/13/24. It has already turned a yellow hue. I have not washed it or done anything to it but wear it to dinner. I am so disappointed as they will not do anything about it. I have worn silver my whole life and only have a problem with this. My son spent over 200.00 dollars. I was so happy with the bracelet until now.The day I bought my stuff was good. The sales clerk was helpful. Unfortunately, I received a call two days later letting me know my bracelet was there but ring out of stock so they would try again later to order. Well, that was fine except when I went to pick up my bracelet it was not in there either. Then the girl tried to tell me she called to say the stuff was ordered. So basically saying she never called to tell me it was there. Well I know what she said. I wouldn’t drive all the way out there (Collins rd to town center on a Friday night) for nothing, not only that I would figure it’d be ordered day of. Plus when I got there she looked for it and then said it was check marked on the sheet. She told me no, it’s Tuesday when they order. Well today is Friday. I ordered two days ago on a Wednesday. So again why call and say my bracelet is there. Anyway I don’t appreciate the girl who called (she is also the one in the store) trying to shift blame on the vendors and trying to say she didn’t say that. Basically calling me a liar. Instead just apologize. Plain and simple. Admit you called and said the bracelet was here and you apologize for not realizing it was not.

Had an amazing experience here with my girlfriend tonight. Shay was extremely helpful and helped us find the perfect promise ring for my girl. Highly recommend this location!

So far the worst Pandora store I’ve been. Walked inside to browse some jewelry with my friends and was looking for a specific ring. The staff was rude and unhelpful. So when I asked if they have the size of the ring I’ve been looking, the staff just placed the whole tray of my size in the display and did not say anything. I asked if they have it in gold or silver and was told that what they have for my size is that tray he put out. I eventually asked if they might have it online, and he said that yes you can just buy it online instead. Literally the staff was no help at all and they just keep giving you attitude if you ask if they have the jewelry you’re looking for.

Very poor customer service. We were told when we made a purchase they would gladly clean our older bracelet after dec 27th for the charms we bought. Went back on the 31st and now telling us after the second week of January. One in the mall gave us a similar speal. It does not take that long to clean a bracelet... and they weren't even busy. Will not purchase from Pandora again.

I had a very disappointing experience last Saturday on 11/18/2023 at the Town Center Pandora.I went in looking for a specific charm that they didn't have on display. So a wonderful associate named Nia, who was also helping another party of people at the time pulled out the associates book for me to look at so i could decide between which charm I wanted to purchase. However while i was looking at the book for a specific charm not on display another associate named Gabrielle slammed the book closed and snatched it away then continued chatting with another associate, not even bothering to ask if I needed any help or was I done with the book. Mind you Gabriella wasn't helping any other customers at that time. Because Gabrielle lack of customer service training, it ruined my entire shopping experience with Pandora at this location.I have absolutely loved all my previous shopping purchases at this Pandora before this experience on 11/18/2023 but no longer feel comfortable coming to the Town Center location. There's nothing wrong with pandora products however there customer service workers specifically Gabriella need a refresher course on how to help customers rather than just chatting on the clock with other associates. I'll be going to the Avenue Mall in the future for my Pandora purchases.

We went to this place, three times. This is not Pandora jewelry does avarice direct you to go to a military base. Someone needs to update his information and take this address off for Pandora jewelry. Spend all our gas driving to this place and it wasn’t even a jewelry store what is going on with that someone please update us can get someone hurt going out to places like this

My two stars is directed towards a specific employee. She was an older white lady. My partner and I came in looking to get a bracelet cleaned and rings sized. After a short wait, the lady called us back and was very rude and unhelpful. Her response to asking if the bracelet can be cleaned was “We’re short staffed right now, I would start with dish soap and a cloth” .. We then asked to be sized for rings, the attitude continued and she acted like she did not want to help us at all. When we got fed up with her attitude and decided to leave, her attitude flipped and she told us to have a good day. I understand being short staffed, but that’s no reason to be rude.

I called at 11:01 am to ask about a cleaning for my wife bracelet and necklace, i was told to come on! Drove 40 minutes to get there just to hear we're under staffed but they did it anyway but rushed and it didn't come clean! I'm very unsatisfied!
