Came into this store and had to walk all the way to the back before someone even attempted to greet me. I’ve been standing here for about 5 minutes and no one has attempted to help me. Wonderful customer service, not.
Update: the younger lady that was working there was rude and didn’t even want to take the time to find another store for me to get the ring once she FINALLY took the time to help me. Came to the pandora at town center and even though they were busy I was greeting immediately and helped. Come to town center instead of this terrible store

Wait in line patiently (as it is a holiday weekend) and then never get helped. Brought it to their attention that people were skipping the lines and manager was raising his voice at other people agreeing with me that there is no process to help the people waiting in line. Will never go back to this location.

My pandora bracelet broke a few days after purchasing it. I’ve been so busy I haven’t made time to get to pandora to have it fixed. I went to my local store and they couldn’t fix it but provided me with pandora customer service number. I don’t recall the agents name but she was so considerate and informative. I sent a photo via email she told me they no longer sold that particular bracelet. So she emailed me a shipping label to send the bracelet back. I. Return they’ll email me a e gift card for the amount of the bracelet which will get me a brand new bracelet and have some funds left to go toward a new charm. Satisfied to say the least.

The engraved jewelry is a good way to get something that’s pretty personalized for a relatively affordable price. Tiana was incredibly helpful and nice, we wouldn’t have walked out as happy as we did without her.

I previously worked at pandora avenues and decided to part ways because of lack of scheduling, blatant favoritism, and passive aggressive behavior towards not only me and fellow employees but customers as well. Upon my departure I was docked on my final check. Michael Mundy the store manager blocked me after ask for our annual pay reports. I then asked the assistant store manager Les Littleton and he sent me my hourly pay reports but not our my monthly incentives that i worked very hard to earn between the holidays, he proceeded to tell me i did not earn them because I wasn’t active on the last payroll but received a check for that payroll. I asked if he can further explain and he did not respond, the lack of communication before and after my departure is why i recommended to steer clear from the pandora at the avenues mall.

my boyfriend and i went here yesterday to utilize their engraving service (highly recommend btw) and Thalany (not sure if i’m spelling her name correctly ?) was so so sweet and helpful!!! we absolutely loved our experience there and the necklaces we got. i would definitely recommend this pandora!

This place is awesome; if you are lucky enough to deal with Michael, then your experience will be EVEN better. Every time I have visited the store, Michael has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. In 3 separate occasions, Michael has made sure that my experience was exceptional. Whether it be personal recommendations, assistance with returns, or anything else, it is clear that Michael has an extensive knowledge of the products in the store and how they might fit with a particular person. Even on the busiest day I’ve seen at Pandora (December 23, the Saturday before Christmas) with a packed store, Michael was calm, cool, and collected. He was able to manage the madness appropriately, and keep things running smoothly. Michael is truly an expert at what he does, and he always manages to brighten my day up. When I walk into the Pandora store and see Michael, I know I will be taken care of. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

I went in this store to buy couple bracelets and few other items, there was allot of people there, instead of greeting your left standing there not knowing what to do. So when I ask for help the big girl tells me excuse me, I need to get right there, excuse me, without looking at me smile and ask nicely. I ask her if I needed to sign in and she said that guy can help you there , but can you excuse me.I just walked outOwner replied back. Thanks but I went next door and spent 2 thousand on jewelry there. I just got off work and looked like it, so maybe she thought I was just good for a hundred bucks. I don't know if they are commission paid, but either way bad call. Thank you for responding though

The lady that helped us was very nice but there wasn’t a lot of options since it obviously wasn’t a full store , but it was still great!
