Order is wrong every time. Try to call to complain and put on hold indefinitely, gave up after 10 minutes. Skip it and try somewhere else.

It’s been about several months from my last order, I tried the calzone bites and I must say wow when they are hot and fresh they are surprisingly pretty good! Pizza was cooked perfectly as well.

Food was good. We ordered Papadillas - cheese steak and meatball and cheese. Service was excellent. Garlic knots are the best there with spicy garlic

I'm really surprised at the reviews on here.. we've been getting pizza here once a week for about 2 months now and have had no problems. The crust could use some flavor but I'm cheap and don't pay the extra for garlic season crust. We get a Philly steak and cheese every time and it's always good. I like that they give garlic sauce cups when getting a hand tossed pizza, I do wish they gave them when getting thin crust too. I order online at home and then leave almost immediately, my 8yo walks in and out with the pizza immediately as well- if ever a wait, it's because there's a bunch of people in line. Good solid cheap pizza.

I specifically picked this location even though it was the farthest because it had the best rating out of all the other ones nearby, and I’m glad I did. Ordered on the app and my partner picked it up so I can’t speak to their facility but the pizza was quick and good. Will definitely order from this location again?

We just received a specialty pizza with zero cheese on it. Toppings are laying directly on crust. How could this be missed ? This is our 3rd recent order issue with this location.

Terrible customer service, I’m shocked the store has not fired the driver who threatens families. Her name is Izzy. We had a cash tip (as we know is much better than a credit card tip) and she choose to take the time to write on a receipt about how we did not tip.

We ordered a large one topping pizza tonight for a pick up order. Picked it up on time and when we got home, this pizza had no flavor, lack of meat, sauce and cheese. This is the last time for this papa John's for us. Don't waste my time or money.

Pizza is good cant denied that but the phone service who takes order always screw it up not only 1 or 2x but many times. What the heck !

So this is what my delivery looked like. I did have to pick the pizza off the ground as well as it was on its side. Delivered without ringing the doorbell to let me know it was here. The absolute last time I order pizza from this location and have it delivered. Pizza was lukewarm, and I don't know what ate the brownies outside, but those are wasted and unedible.

Papa John's is among our favorite "fast-food" pizzas; we order carryout about once a month. We get the basics most of the time, but every now and then I get creative - that is why I rate 4 stars, because even though I order it correctly online one of the creative pizzas is always incorrect - they redeem themselves by always offering to fix it, which is great customer service, but I don't always have 15 minutes and I love pizza enough that I will eat just about any topping. Papa John's is good for a quick meal and a decent price if you find a coupon or order in a group.Parking: This shop is located in a large strip mall next to Publix❤️ and there is plenty of parking.
