& because I ran out of characters let me make sure I state this Ms.Elayna you are 5 stars. I’ve seen you exhibit so much patience and I can tell you really like your job. You are the reason she was there for the 2 months she was. Asking directors simple things reiterating myself how are we gonna work on this I NEVER not once doing that meeting heard them say any good things about my child. When I asked who they said “passed around and a problem” when I asked how can W E change this here because I address normal 2 year old behavior that occurs at home but full on aggression and melt downs I DO NOT see my child exhibit that before at home. I was never given any clear definitive responses from them other than villainizing my 2 year old and undermining me as a mother in front of her. With that being said y’all already stole my money as a single mom that whole “deposit” should’ve have been withheld from me because the things that were set to me were completely out of line and unprofessional. Y’all went to school for this y’all have trainings for this and I was spoken down to for exhibiting calm correction with my 2 year old because I guess in the “adult” world she’s expected to sit on command. I’m still extremely upset about this and y’all need to go back to the books about how to help raise other peoples kids while their at work or school 10 hours is a long time and apparently for a long time y’all have got a way with your care giving styles that aren’t appropriate in my eyes or BY THE BOOKS. I was really excited about my child’s recent pictures coming in from last week because she’s turning 3 but if those are withheld from me oh well I am no longer comfortable with this facility to recommend them to anyone or to have my child in CARE.
Edit: Mrs.Parks if you want your business to have good reputation and rep-or from ALL maybe switch out your staff from the miserable ones you have running it for you. I just had your DIRECTOR roll down her window and mug me from her review mirror same bottom lip puckered out and face wrinkled up eyebrows furrowed which is one of the main reasons why I’m not sending my daughter to your school anymore and I don’t recommend to ANYONE because that same demeanor, that miserable unprofessional look is what I saw EVERY morning dropping my daughter off. Scowling at a previous parent in traffic and bobbing her had to stare is so shameful. Just wow. Never would I expect such things from my toddlers school staff. I was nothing but respectful in everyday interaction and this is what reviews are for I should have never had those things said to me and absolutely should not get that energy from daycare staff.

I would give less than 1 start if possible ! I’d be careful with these people transporting your children one of the vans just almost sideswiped me as they were trying to make a harsh U turn ! I had to lay on the horn so I didn’t get hit and surprised they didn’t scrape my vehicle as it was centimeters from my vehicle ! I tried to call and let the officer elbow however went straight to Voicemail

They shouldn’t even get no stars from me they over charge parents. Hiding extra fee’s Kids always hungry like they didn’t eat all day, pampers always become missing using it for another child. Tara and Regina very disrespectful. Parks don’t even do her job as an owner always allowing her staff to do her dirty work. Every time I pick my son up he always having a dirty face like they never wash his face after eating or he be have a snotty nose. my bby started when he was 4 months old he had RSV and FLU from that daycare. The infant room was freezing cold til I had to say something

I just wanted to share how awesome our experience was at Parks' Place Daycare & Learning Center with Magical Memories Entertainment! The staff there are super helpful and friendly. Their professionalism made everything so easy for us. The venue has such a warm and welcoming vibe, and the space was perfect for all the kids to enjoy which really made our face painting services shine. Truly, they really know how to create a fun atmosphere!

Parks Place Daycare and Learning Center is just awesome. The staff is super friendly, the facility is clean and organized, the teachers are interactive and attentive, it's a lovely place. Today was grandparents day, we got to interact with our grand daughter as well as the other grandparents and children. We sang along, danced, played and clap. They also served refreshments and a light snack and past out goodies bags to take home. If ever ther was a day care that I would recommend, this would be it.

The front desk lady Tera is the most disrespectful nasty unprofessional human being! She is the reason am not sending my kids there. She was rude since day 1 asking me questions like "can you even afford it?" I ignored the fact that the without asking they took photos of my child. But Ms parks said as parents we can review the footage if there is any concern so I was willing even though I kept getting bad feeling of this place. After getting my kids transferred the day they were supposed to start Tera was extremely rude I asked her what her problem was she hung up on me told me I was being disrespectful because I told her "I'm about to send my children to your facility but you're being extremely unprofessional" so she proceeded to hang up on me again. I don't feel comfortable sending my child to a place where the adults can't respect the parents coming into that building I wouldn't recommend not because of any child care problem ( I didn't even get that far) but because the staff is extremely unprofessional and mostly Tara!

I met Mrs Parks back in 2017 for the first time. Parks Place daycare had been well established long before I ever saw her loving face. On this day in 2017 I was working at Target as a cashier and this delightful woman came through with more bananas that I've ever seen one person buy even during baking season. Of course I questioned why one person needed so many bananas and she said you know it's for the kids. At that point she elaborated about the daycare. I knew then if I ever had a little one that was where I wanted them to go. All these years later she still has such a beautiful smile and everyone at the daycare loves the little ones of all ages. My son has been there since he was 6 months old and now party training. Going on 2 years Parks Place does everything right and goes far beyond expectations. Hey love that my baby gets such great attention and everybody loves loves the kids and their jobs. Mr and Mrs Parks truly have a heart for children and it shows.

Park place is a good place for childcare the atmosphere is just good the staff and Mr.parks go over and beyond for the kids from start to finish i highly recomend parks place for your childcare!!!!!! Keep up the good work and thanks for all that you do for the kids!!!!

Parks place is a very good place for kids care.The staff is amazing they just don't watch the kids or baby sit they take trips interact and has the right curriculum for your kids #1in Jacksonville if you ask me!!!!!

Both of my children have attended this daycare since they were 8wks and I could never see myself placing them anywhere else. They have learned sign language, table etiquette, and they constantly partake in several activities. The overall safety due to the secured entrance, also puts my mind at ease. I am pleased with everything that Parks Place offers.

My son has been attending Parks since he was 1 years old and he is now 4 , he loves the kids, teachers and the overall diverse environment.As a parent I have not ran into any issues to make me feel that my son is not safe while I'm away, I recommend Parks place!!

My experience with this daycare has been great so far. The assistant director Ms Tara was very helpful getting my daughter signed up the teachers are wonderful and my infant daughter has homework every week and she’s always excited to see her teachers Mrs. Littlejohn and Ms Carmen. They are very informative about everything.
