Everything went well until the person who service my car doing my oil change miss place my car keys it took almost 5-10 minutes to find my keys so I hope they get it together in the near future.

I took my truck to this location out of desperation, i was leaking oil from the drain plug. I expected that it wouldn't be able to be tapped and the pan would need to be replaced, they quoted me $1200, I approved the oil pan, they took two days to replace it. I took it home and it was still leaking, I thought maybe it was residual oil from spillage, but a week went by and it only got worse, so I take it back and now they're saying it is unrelated and it's the timing cover leaking not the oil pan. Luckily or not they snuck in a labor warranty they didn't tell me about the first time (separate grievance) so maybe that will help. But they are now actively trying to find ways for the warranty to not cover the work done. The only good words I can say about this location and my experience is Charlene, she was the only person willing to help and be honest. Apart from her it's a snake den.
