I will NEVER take my baby there again. Not only did they prescribe her meds to sedate her and could not give her the service that she needed, but they basically stated that I could have over dosed my cat mind you THEY were the ones that gave me this prescription. The first
Time I brought my baby here it was with an entirely different vet and she was able to give her her shots and care, but this new person they have now seems like her and her team isn't able to get things done with hyper animals and she's not even hype. It's a NO for me all the way!

The salesman was very patient with my 5 year old and answered all of his questions about getting his pet fish. Explain how to take care of them to hopefully keep them alive for a long time.

Worst Petco ever!!
Brought my Grand Dog for a bath, and holiday indulgence. It was $68.00 for a bath, nail trim, and teeth brushed. My appointment was at 1 pm. I Went in and was greeted by a happy girl with long dreadlocks and a smiling face. She introduced the groomer, Morgan, who checked us in and updated medical and rabies information, etc. She said she would call when he was ready. I went on my merry way.
Pick up: I received a text he was ready. The same pleasant, dreadlocked beauty rang me up and charged my Amex card. Then the groomer brought out my 12-pound, little grand dog. At first look, I could see his nails were not done. She said he nipped her and she couldnāt do them. So, the first young lady with the dreadlocks said she would try she took him back and trimmed his nails. I put him in his car seat and noticed he didnāt smell any different. He smelled the same which is weird heās a small 12-pound chihuahua normally after a bath he smells terrific, for days. His breath wasnāt fresh either.
Iām sorry but, maybe he did ānipā her and she decided not to bathe him, brush his teeth, or anything. I would have been fine with that. But, Iām not fine with paying $68.00 for you to not do anything and pretend you did. Like I would not notice, or Iām just not important enough. Like I donāt matter. I know a clean dog isnāt important but honesty is important.
Honesty is very important.
I called the store and was told there was no grooming manager. I asked for the store manager. The store Manager, Lance was off and I was given to Lisa. Lisa said she could not hear me but she gathered I was complaining about a groomer. She suggested I call Lance, the manager tomorrow because she canāt help. Lisa was the store assistant manager.
Next, I called corporate and was told by a very pleasant young lady she was sorry. This was only apology I received, she said she would forward my complaint to the district manager.
Still waiting on that call from the district manager. Still have not heard from Lance, the manager, or the district manager. Not holding my breath.
I donāt want the return of my money itās already spent. I do want honesty, respect, and accountability because I do matter and we all matter.

Lori! She is simply phenomenon! She was so kind and helped get my filter working for the fish tank! I spoke with Lance who told me to come in and she knew about the situation and when I came in she jumped into action! She was patient and never gave up! Thank you Lori! Our Mr. B is happy again and loves his new friend Gary!

Excellent experience. I contacted the Atlantic Blvd Petco last minute to see if they had the ability to cut my petsā nails. They were incredibly friendly and professional. Great experience. Kudoās to Stephanie.
