I just attempted to book a grooming appointment at this location; while online and reviewing my appointment, I saw that Petco is charging 5.99 for "materials fee"; what kind of materials are you charging me for? are you charging me for the shampoo and towels you have to use in order to wash/groom a dog? if this is the case, I won't be back; no way in heck am I going to PAY you to groom him and then on top of the 61.00 for the groom, you add on a materials fee; that is your cost of doing business and I hope people are aware of this and also act accordingly; you are nickel and diming people to death; if that's the case, you need subtract some charges if I bring my own dog, my own towel and my own shampoo; be for real

What an absolute breath of fresh air. The Rewards program is free you can choose to do Vital Care for $25 mo...but the free one is just fine. Got our pets annuals and wellness exam for very low cost and great vet & techs. We were shocked by the efficiency and cost...plus the staff is fantastic 😊

Shame on this petco….. I came in today with the intent to adopt a ponded pair of cats and when I came in I was informed they had allowed one of them to be adopted separately… I have hardly ever seen or heard of a place not ensuring the adoption of both cats in a bonded pair… You guys need to be better..

The employee Love is very argumentative and rude. Not sure why she is working in costumer service. Overheard us and said “what do you need.” After rudely staring us down then proceeded to go back and forth arguing with my granddaughter and being extremely condescending. This woman needs to not stay employed here and get help.

I was refused entry with my young son because I was barefoot. I asked if this policy was posted outside of the business. It was not. I asked to speak with the manager. The lady responded that she was the manager and she was refusing to serve me because of “tradition”. I asked if dogs were allowed in barefoot. She said yes, but “not humans”.
There is a sign outside of the business that says that pet owners must be on leash. I understand the humor. I wonder if the manager does.
