“I purchased two guinea pigs from PetSmart, and both had serious health issues due to poor care. One had very advanced anal sac infection, and the other developed an infection in his throat, which required a $400 vet visit. It’s clear they do not properly monitor the health of their small animals before selling them. This is unacceptable, and I would not recommend buying pets from them. These poor babies deserve better care!

Nothing wrong with this place. Their prices are a little high but their employees are super helpful and friendly.

I recently visited PetSmart for grooming, and the experience was frustrating and disappointing. From the start, there was a lack of greeting or basic customer care. The staff seemed indifferent and even made sarcastic remarks when I asked questions. To make matters worse, they had two alpha female dogs out in the same enclosed space, which led to a chaotic situation that left me, five months pregnant, scratched up while trying to control the situation. It was irresponsible and dangerous, and it showed a complete lack of common sense. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe and respectful environment.

Full disclosure, went because I had a coupon. No human was present (except for the attendant in the dog training arena). Walked the entire store without anyone greeting me or offering assistance. Finally found the item I needed (cheaper on Amazon without the coupon). Walked back through the store (still no human), arrived at the counter to checkout.. greeted with a nonchalant hi, looked offended when I refused to make a donation (maybe just not happy with their job). Price rang up higher than prices on shelf. Epic failure, nonexistent customer service, deplorable location. Angry with myself for making the purchase. Will not be a repeat customer, marked all emails to be blocked.

Took my dog to get groomed here twice I told the groomer to keep her tail and ears long and shave the rest both times i’ve gotten her back with the base of her tail very short this time I went in and showed them she had a mat on her ear and they said they would cut it out and didn’t so I had to cut it out myself when we got home both times her face didn’t look like it was even washed she’s never came home with a bow or bandana either which i’ve asked for I could’ve taken her to an actual grooming salon for the same price that would’ve done a better job

The rudest Older lady at the Banfield counter inside of Petsmart treated me and my poor cat like dirt, What a royal B. This woman shouldn’t even be allowed to work with pets. Horrible Banfield customer service… Shame on her as I just went in to get my girl cat nails clipped thinking they could do it just like Banfield in Melbourne, but this older lady she told me that even though I showed her my cats paperwork from Melbourne with her shots /vet record that she couldn’t touch my cat and she didn’t have enough people to cut her nails that I had to go to the groomer next-door. On the other hand, Cheyenne inside the grooming station within PetSmart was wonderful to deal with. She knows about cats how to treat animals and is a very kind person.

Had my first grooming appointment at PetSmart today and was so satisfied! I have a 4 1/2 year old goldendoodle who weighs about 60lbs. My nerves were high going in as we'd never had grooming done at a corporate salon, mostly mobile salons, but I was so happy with the outcome and it met my standards fully! We have a regular groomer but unfortunately had to cancel our appointment so we booked here. We booked with Angelica (who I highly recommend) and she did us right!
We booked for the Bath and Full Haircut. He came home smelling amazing with a perfect haircut. He didn't seem overly stressed coming home and I feel like he was well taken care of. Angelica started with a hands on assessment where she actually got down to his level and looked at his face, ears, and coat. That was a pleasant surprise! It took about 3 hours, which is roughly an hour longer than it has taken at other groomers but I didn't mind it as the attention to detail was clearly shown. She was finishing up his cut when I arrived and I appreciate that she didn't rush finishing just because I was waiting. The sanitary trim on his behind is the CLEANEST I have ever seen on him! All the hair is gone and I very much appreciate it as with his coat it can get very gross back there. She scissor trimmed his ears which we haven't had done before but I LOVE! I'll be adding it on with my regular groomer.
Max seemed very comfortable with Angelica despite just meeting her and I think thats because she just seems so genuinely kind. Picking him up he didn't seem nervous or scared. If I need to book again, I'll be doing so with Angelica!

First time here. But, it definitely will not be my last. I wish I could remember all the employees names because they were all friendly, helpful, and professional. The only name I can remember is Elijah. I think that was his name. He is PetSmart personified
