I went to petsmart with my toddler to pick up something and let her look at the fish. I was shocked to see that half the fish in the tanks were dead. This is completely unacceptable and makes me seriously question the care of the other animals like reptiles and rodents. Very concerning to see animals be neglected like this. Even if it is just fish.

I’m giving two stars for the large variety of supplies and equipment, and the clean store. Loss of remaining stars is in honor of all the dead fish in this store. Multiple tanks with nothing but dead fish in them. A tank of pink minnows, had to be easily 100+ dead minnows in a pile. So many dead fish. Walked around looking for an item for at least 10 minutes with multiple employees looking at me but not speaking.
Finally asked one employee for help finding the item and he acted like it was the biggest inconvenience of his day and walked off before I could ask any questions. Cashier was extremely pushy about signing up for rewards but never once asked if I found what I was looking for, or anything similar. Just an overall bad shopping experience and good reminder why I should only go to Pet Supplies Plus. I won’t be back to this location.

We took our Husky to the PetSmart on San Jose, where Mel did a great job with the bath, teeth cleaning, and nail trim. The only issue was that his paw pads weren’t trimmed—she said he laid down and wouldn’t let her, though he usually lets us do it that way. They did give us a discount, so it only cost $58, and we tipped $20.
After a bad experience at Dog Town USA, this was much better, and our pup seemed happy. Plus, the whole visit only took two hours after dropping him off at 7 a.m.
Overall I'd say this is the best groomer in Mandarin so far out of the 4 that I've tried. I'd highly recommend Mel and this Petsmart!

i brought my dog Chicken Little in for grooming and had a nice experience. he was well taken care of by abigail. i accidentally agreed to an add on service and they were kind enough to remove that after the appointment. i was embarrassed to have made that mistake and that they still brushed his teeth and used different shampoo but i am so appreciative of abigail and her manager that they helped me out. great place

Dogs barking, fish swimming. And food everywhere. Wall to wall toys as well as friendly customer service. What more could you ask for.

Was originally booked for the wrong service. Gave us a later appointment. When we went back, they wouldn't groom him because they said he had a skin condition (yeah, too much fur). The one who runs the grooming area on San Jose Blvd was rude, disrespectful and treated us like we were horrible for letting the dog get long fur. He was a rescue, as my husband's brother passed away, and nobody wanted him but us. I will NEVER go to PetSmart again.

This Pet Smart store has the BEST GROOMERS EVER. THEY LOVE THE ANIMALS THAT THEY GROOM ON A REGULAR BASIS. THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT EACH CLIENT. THEY ARE KIND TO THE DOGGY MOMS AND DADS AND THEY EVEN GROOM CATS HERE TOO.I WANT TO RECOGNIZE K.G. AND ASHLEY. THEY ARE FANTASTIC. EVERYONE THAT WORKS IN GROOMING IS GREAT.

I've used Petsmart groomers for almost a year now. I highly recommend Eyanna! She's extremely patient and gentle with our German shepherd!
