This is the worst pilot in JACKSONVILLE fl. Me and my family walked in to the restaurant part of the store ARBYS I think it was and the staff was rude food not good at all and on top of that there was employees outside smoking and coming right back in without washing their hands we where there for 30 minutes and some of the employees started arguing with each others in front of customers even seen an employee slap another employee… this was the worst pilot I have ever seen and been to and let’s not get on the restrooms just filthy. Will never return to this pilot location again.

This place is a joke. Nearly every single parking space for semis is marked as reserved, making it almost impossible to find a spot unless you’ve pre-paid. If you try to park anywhere else, you risk getting towed. On top of that, there’s a long wait for showers — very poorly managed overall. Definitely not a driver-friendly stop.

Cashiers very often ignore customers. Now I'm out,in the heat with no ice because some lady is to lazy to do her job. Thanks pilot,that's much appreciated during this blazing summer that someone can't be bothered to ring up their customers while at their comfortably air conditioned workplace.

This site is quite disgusting there is maybe a 10-30 ratio of free vs paid parking and they have the nerves to enforce towing. Well here’s to provide an update to wake up and see someone literally urinating on your truck is down right foul. Spoke with management who really didnt care in the least bit basically told me it was nothing he could do as the cameras only point towards trashcans yea crazy right for a place that tows like their life depends on it. Your security being armed and only sitting in the store is pointless!

The customer service at the trgisyets is great. The staff os friendly buy the way ti.e on the showers is ridiculous. This is the 2nd time I've had to wait over a hour with only 1 person in front of me. They say that there's only 1 maintenance person....we'll maybe a cashier should be sent to help him when he gets overwhelmed with work

Very disappointed. The lot is completely packed with trucks — there’s nowhere to park. The showers are in terrible condition. There are plenty of stalls, but no one is cleaning them — everything is dirty and neglected. There were 9 people ahead of us, and we waited almost 2–3 hours just for one stall to be cleaned so we could take a shower. The service is nonexistent, and the staff doesn’t seem to care at all. One of the worst places we’ve ever had to stop at.

This place is so clean! I come here almost everyday for my morning coffee and a treat for my son. The manager Howard is out of this world and always greets us with a smile. He is truly here to make sure the store runs as smoothly as possible and it shows. Don't believe the negative reviews. Get some Arby's and chill!
