DO NOT WORK HERE. This post if for anyone looking for a job in IT at Pilot. It is the worst environment you have ever been a part of. They do not care about your and treat you as if you are a warehouse employee. PTO plan is a joke and its combined with sick days and is a total of 3 weeks. that's right if you are sick for 3 days you now have only 12 days of PTO for the YEAR. I have over 10 years experience and that's all they offer. When a recruiter reaches out and doesn't want to disclose which company he represents you know its for a reason. They fire people so often they have a routine. they go into their cube and start dancing/ singing "another one bites the dust" I was there for less than 90 days and saw them do this 3 different times. keep in mind they are only 20ish people in IT. Its a SICK environment and you will thank me later for turning this position down. Its not worth it for any amount of money.

This review will be part experience, part perception. I'll start by saying I've used Pilot Pens for 20 years starting with the Pilot Precise V5 Extra Fine to the Pilot Custom 74.Pilot Pens are clearly quality instruments for writing and communications.I wasn't aware they had their corporate headquarters and manufacturing in Jacksonville, so, here I am!Guess my only concern and hence reason for four stars is that as a consumer I find it difficult to find out information about their wide selection of pens and this includes their own distributors.Their catalog seems impressive especially their more expensive lines but again, the information is hard to discern. It's almost like Pilot wants the customer to know basically everything before purchasing their pens.I'm not okay with that. Simply too much competition available. ?️

I have always loved the g2-7 and I recently purchased a pack of 5. The smoothness of writing is gone. Have you changed your make of the pen? Not pleased!!

Worst employer ever! I've never felt this way about any company that I've worked for. They do not train you and expect you to know all the position within your first week of employment. The employees have wars between each other that has to do all with the races Hispanics vs. Philippines it's truly disgusting. They bully you by laughing, staring, pointing at you, and mimicking you and the management does nothing about it. Stay away from this corporation. There are too many opportunities in Jacksonville for you to have to deal with this corporation unethical ways of work.

Holly and Heather in customer service are two of the nicest ladies representing Pilot. I live in Dallas and it is always a pleasure to speak to one of them whenever I have a question or concern with any of my pens: 1 Falcon, 3 Vanishing Points, 2 custom 74, 4 Metropolitans
