I ordered from Pizza Hut using their App. Apparently they have a new corporate policy that makes them automatically hand off your delivery order to Door Dash instead of actually delivering it themselves if they get busy. They don’t actually tell you that this is happening. Well they handed off the food and it was NEVER delivered. They won’t refund my money as they said it shows “delivered” in their system since they handed it off to a third party that I never agreed to use. I had a contract with them for delivery of food and they failed completely and I never received anything and they refused to refund me. Eventually the manager did agree to provide a credit for a future order but after I get that done I never have any intention of ordering from Pizza Hut again. I used to deliver for the company for many years and have always been loyal but they lost my business because of an idiotic policy and refusal to refund for their own failure.

Good was great. The staff, very friendly. Service was quick. Enjoyed the visit. Will be going back soon.

My pizza was burnt the manager Jason refused to give me a store credit told me I would have to come that night and pick up a pizza to replace the one that was burnt I don’t have a vehicle had no way to pick up a pizza so I was out $23. Do not get pizza from this

Medium Veggie Lover pizza seems to have gotten smaller. The five toppings scattered over pizza very meger. Not worth the price.

Excellent delivery driver- super friendly and you could tell he took pride in delivering the pizza, which was also excellent! One of the best pizzas I have ever had!! 5 stars for both!! The world needs more people like this delivery driver.

Every single time I order from this location, my order is always correct and ready when they say it will be. The staff is always very nice and professional and the store is always clean.

We ordered ahead online. We went to pick up our pizza (5mins late mins you) the pizza was not ready. They didn't even have it cooked. We ordered online since we had someplace to be but we had to wait because they never bothered to make it. Super frustrating.

Ordered the dinner box. Definitely do not recommend. It barely had any cheese on the pizza. I literally had to come home and add cheese and cook it again. The pictures show the difference. Also had to add cinnamon on the cinnamon sticks. Complete waste of money smh

This was THE absolute WORST Pizza Hut experience I've ever had. Arrived at my door literally in 30 mins from time I even placed the order which didn't make sense because it should've taken least 5-10 mins just to prepare what I ordered. Its was VERY apparent it was reheated vs being made fresh. Crust was chewy with old flavor. Toppings were few on a " meat lovers with 2 extras added" and the toppings themselves were NOT fresh, tasted old. I wouldve rather it taken the usual 45-50 mins for a fresh made pizza. TERRIBLE!!!
