I have bought from Planet several time. My last order had several issues. They were slow in responding and did not correct the issues unless I returned the items at my own expense. I ended up keeping them and buying from another vendor for first quality parts. Very disappointed that they could not correct the situation.

beware the "yellow" mags are more orange. Disappointed you have to pay for shipping...lost $40 on the transaction.

Just bought two Skyway bikes from Planet BMX. For one of them, I needed a matching front brake, which their site helpfully guided me to. I emailed after the purchase to request some help to purchase a matching cable, which I could not find (likely my IT skills or lack of). A super helpful chap called Richard emailed straight back to share that he would 'find some and pop it into the order at no charge'. Both helpful / kind and very much appreciated. Lots of businesses share how great they are, and some even prove how great they are! Thank you Planet BMX and I'm sure my son is going to love his Skyway that the old man had when he was age 11!

I have always really liked Planet Bmx but please do not be in the state of mind that once a bike goes out your door that you wash your hands of it. The shipping Co YOU choose to use is your responsibility. I am improving my rating again in hope that you will fix the shipping problem please. And I don't need my tracking info put out for the public to see. That's just not smart business.
