Planet Fitness is a gym that caters to a diverse range of members, providing a welcoming and non-judgmental environment for everyone to work towards their fitness goals. With over 2,700 locations, the company offers best-in-class equipment and a variety of amenities, including hydromassage tables, stand-up beds, and a wellness pod. The staff at Planet Fitness is consistently praised for their friendly and helpful attitude, often greeting members with a smile and remembering them. The gyms are generally well-maintained, with one reviewer describing the Commerce Dr. location as "the most organized and cleanest" among the 20+ locations they've visited. However, not all Planet Fitness locations receive the same level of customer service, with some members noting that not all locations have good service. Additionally, one member expressed disappointment with the removal of a specific machine, the Cybex Eagle Abdominal Crunch, which they found to be particularly effective for their fitness goals. Overall, Planet Fitness is widely regarded as a great choice for those looking to get healthy, with its 24/7 availability, friendly atmosphere, and focus on providing a non-judgmental environment for members to achieve their fitness goals.
Great Staff and open 24hrs. Lay down tanning beds smell awful plus has bulbs out, and #3 stand up has bulbs always out and has half the strength of #4.

Large, spacious facility. Clean locker rooms and equipment. You won't feel cramped here, the layout was designed, IMO, to perfection!
