This bank just sent me a dunning letter suspending my accounts. They stated that I was late on payments. The letter was sent out 11 days before their payment was due. They apologized up and down (most of their phone people don't speak English well) and promised it wouldn't happen again! This is a really incompetent bank and should be avoided at all cost!

Our dealings with this bank are indicative of a badly trained staff and a lack of banking knowledge, akin to the three stooges play bank! The staff is like a troop of coffee klotching house wife's attempting to figure out what they are doing. I don't think any of the staff are members of Mensa or able to join! I think you need to find a real bank, a bank that cares. You have been warned!

Terrible bank. Have had nothing but problems since they bought out bvba compass. Refinancing was a nightmare. They dragged their feet, costing me money. Treated me poorly and customer service was just as bad. They acknowledged that the mistakes were both unprofessional and cost me money. Even with this did nothing to compensate. Also had issues with a pnc credit card. Avoid this bank save yourself the headache.

Do not start your loan process with Starlee Jackson at this branch she is incompetent and led us astray for 2 weeks with wasted money on a conventional loan that needed to be commercial from the start.

My husband works at Pnc call center Jacksonville Florida . And the managers in your customer service mortgage dept are Extremely horrible. And are criminals. Mortgage Managers Purposely delaying processing payroll so he didn’t get paid for the hours he worked because they was mad at him for contacting HR regarding a serious matter!.The mortgage customer service managers all of them needs to be investigated for fraudulent activity.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received from a bank. A representative put in a request to have a supervisor call me regarding a welcome kit for a Virtual checking Account ( because I never received one). He was rude, abrupt and not helpful at all. He seemed to hate his job and hate working for PNC bank. Not a good reflection. I look forward to closing this checking account IMMEDIATELY after I get my new checking bonus! ;-)

I would not recommend this mortgage agency. As a PNC customer for many years I thought they would be able to help me with my mortgage as a business owner, 1099. But they are incompetent and financially illiterate and part of why I switched all my banking to VyStar. Bunch of finance rookies

STEER CLEAR VAN DUZEN AND JOHNSON If I could post a NEGATIVE STAR review I would. This PNC MORTGAGE office is the most ineptly staffed, poorly run financial office I have ever encountered. From the embarrassingly stupid, lazy personnel to the uncaring supervisors, it's easy to see why this bank is closing down branches and why smart people are banking- and getting mortgages online. Just went through a harrowing real estate ordeal with Cindy Van Duzen- a sad excuse of a loan agent for the buyers, and her boss, Bryan Johnson, just as pathetic- dragging out a simple pre-approved transaction for 53 days, losing paperwork, failing to meet deadlines, costing the sellers thousands of dollars, and having nothing to say for themselves except, "we wish we could of done better," and "we're sorry for the delay." We need to hold people accountable. Put someone in this job who actually cares. Who can do the work. Who doesn't complain about being busy, but steps up to handle things. These two aren't up to the task, obviously.

Avoid mortgage services. Our current experience is Loan Processing Analyst ignored contract closing date for home purchase and set their own date without legal approval to do so. Buyer's atty said PNC delayed closing because PNC is busy at the end of the month, so put this closing into the next month! That is unacceptable behavior. Unethical. And PNC peeps don't seem to care. This is at the 5011 Gate Pkwy Blvd/North Bldg 200, Jacksonville. Shame on PNC, putting buyer's in bad status. You don't mess with closing dates. Suggest buyer's don't risk their home purchase by trusting PNC.

I am refinancing my mortgage with PNC right now and I have experienced horrible customer service. Their underwriter(s) is asking for new documents everyday. They asked for the same documents more than four times which means they do not bother to open the files provided to see they have what they asked for. Nobody cares in this bank, specially their mortgage department. I have provided everything they asked for on the same day and it has been more than two months and my refinance is still in a limbo. Very disappointed.

Only giving 3 stars because it's near my house. THIS IS NOT A BANK BRANCH. You have to follow a "mysterious" hallway to find the ATM, but they have one. This is the easiest, yet, to find and I've been over the city looking. HOW THE HECK IS THERE NO PNC BRANCH IN JACKSONVILLE, FL !?!?!?!??! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!
