It's a Pottery Barn, not that exciting. Customer service though is through the roof. Rose helped us through picking the right furniture(s) and even followed up on her day off to make sure we got what we wanted and we're satisfied. I also noticed the gentlemen working were extremely sweet to all they encountered.

Beautiful products; average to below average customer service. To be honest, I only use the store to examine something first-hand (bedding, a night stand, towels, frames, etc.), but I never buy from the physical store. I just go home and order online once I find what I like. As far as the employees acting snobby, to be honest, I don’t give a frog’s behind. I know what I can afford. They can think whatever they want. 😀

a tired brand not deserving our business in the 21st century.
Placed a 5 digit order in April 2024. multiple items, including a $2,800 media console.
They attempted delivery once in August 2024, and never made it into the house as *they* noticed it was damaged right off the truck. Attempted delivery again in November 2024, same problem. At that time *they* told us we do not have an option to wait for the item anymore, and that PB will just cancel the order and refund us.
By January 2025 no refund. Called them and they promised it right away. May 19 called them again, they promised it in 2-3 days. Called them again May 30 and they changed their tune, they will supposedly refund us in gift cards (???). That 14 months after taking from us actual $$$ and then canceling the order.
I have taken this up with our credit card, imagine discussing this charge 1+ year after the fact!
The takeaway: if you place a Pottery Barn order, document any and all exceptions, take photos, record names and events, write down confirmation numbers. OR: avoid the hassle and use either of the 2 reputable vendors within walking distance from this store.

Service is so so. I frequently get ignored here but they are friendly enough once I ask for help. Very expensive, but it's good quality merchandise.

I will say there are some very nice and helpful associates (and also some that are not so helpful). The lady with glasses and white/blonde hair (name wasnt on the receipt) was super friendly, approachable and helpful when I was looking for a pillow cover in a specific color. I really appreciate her going the extra mile. I'm excited to get my new sofa from PB soon and I hope to have this experience again when I shop there again. Thank you for being very kind!

We had delivery of a very large console piece of furniture. Daniel Matute and a coworker did an excellent job delivering the extremely heavy furniture very carefully setting everything up and explaining some of the set up. He was very nice and efficient and professional. I would use them again. he spoke very highly of his company, pottery barn and was proud of the work he delivered.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. These women act as if they work in some high end design studio - news flash - you don't! Maybe try checking that attitude at the door as all you did today was miss out on a commission as we will purchase online if we purchase from pottery barn at all at this point. Apparently if your chauffeur doesn't drop you at the door, you don't have enough money to shop there. Smh. The first time we came in a few weeks ago we were completely ignored and decided to order online. When we went in tonight, the ladies were peering around every corner like we were common thieves. When we finally asked her where something was, she basically dismissed us and said we don't really have any instore yet we were just looking at the item and just wanted to know if they had more options. We have been in every high end store at the Town Center and have never been treated this way and will not be returning.

Buyer Beware!!! Purchased a Christmas gift October 24th, it was delivered Nov. 6th, obviously not opened until Dec 25. Gift was not wanted, tried to return today Jan 3. They tell me it is past 30 day return policy. Can’t be a customer if you can’t offer reasonable return policy during the holidays! Not to mention paid full price and a normal “Bestseller” in stock item.
