This public storage on Wiley Rd was very helpful to me. I advised her that I didn't have a car, And I wanted to make changes to my contract, before I was charged any late fees. She politely made it possible to do the changes online. She made sure a confirmation was sent to my number! This is the kind of Customer service that I like!

Linda has been absolutely wonderful! She has been patient and more than accommodating! When we accidentally bought two small of a unit, she upgraded us with no issues! We truly appreciate the easy convenience of the storage unit?
