I had such a great experience at Public Storage, thanks to Tammy. From the moment I walked in, Tammy was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question I had with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice.
What really stood out was how personable and attentive she was—going above and beyond to make the process stress-free. Moving and storage can be overwhelming, but her positive attitude and excellent customer service made everything so much easier.
I truly appreciate the level of care and dedication she puts into their work. Employees like Tammy are the reason I’ll continue to recommend this storage facility to friends and family

Getting a follow up phone call from them gives that personal touch that I can appreciate. Units were well kept not rundown. Using the app to open and close the gates was a nice convenience.

Very clean , no hassle or hoops to jump through to reserve storage and the staff(ms.Tammy) is very polite and helpful and ready for any question, care, or concern I might have. All round excellent service. And I highly recommend using Public Storage in jacksonville FL on Roosevelt blvd.

This place is everything . The property manager ( I can’t remember if her name was Tammy or not ) was sooooooo sweet, she contact me a day or two after I moved my stuff in to make sure that I was okay with the size and location of my unit and went over the hours of operation with me just in case . She let me know when she was available on site in case I needed anything further . The property manager really made it personable and I will never forget that . The price plus the experience makes me always want to continue a relationship with public storage and that’s really thanks to the property manager !

Associate Tammy was very professional with helping me and my girlfriend complete our storage unit check in. She was helpful with giving us tips on how to ensure we get the most efficient usage out of our unit. We would recommend Public Storage to our friends and family.

I signed up for 87 a month which included a 35% “discount”. After 3 months my rate was increased to 127 with 30 day notice. Phone system doesn’t work so only communication is with a useless chat bot. Looks like I’ll be moving my stuff again.
