I called a few minutes ago, but the lady who answr my call didn't sound nice or polite to give me a full information regarding my question, I know is Sunday but I am sure she gets paid for working so that is making me change my plans renting an storage there

I applied on line for a medium size, climate controlled storage space. Before I could finish the application, a marvelous, helpful, gentleman called and assisted me in completing the paperwork. He was courteous, pleasant, and kind. I will be going to him with my questions in the future because I feel I can trust hisbanswers.

Imagine my surprise to find Ms. Tammy Schwerin at this location as well. I would like Public Storage to know that she went above and beyond for me, explaining things about your storage facility that I did not understand. Ms. Schwerin has a strong knowledge of what Public Storage has to offer. She is still the reason I would choose Public Storage over the others. DO NOT LOSE HER!

All of my needs were meet and exceed. Ms. Tammy is the best. She was the one who helped and I want to say thank you for everything. Tammy made moving, not too bad to deal with. And that says a lot! Thanks Ms. Tammy!!

Tammy deserves a promotion and raise immediately. Even while she was in the hospital, she was constantly working to get my rate adjusted. That kind of commitment is rare especially in customer service. Thank you, Tammy! Recent bad reviews should be disregarded because they weren't aware of her hospitalizations. Wishing Tammy well and a clean bill of health!

The property manager does not answer or return phone calls. I needed my lock cut and was contacted by the Baymeadows location after having to reach out to customer service agent online to come by and purchase a new lock and sign the release form on last Thursday, 3/21. I was told by the guy there that the lock would be cut on Friday, 3/22. I went to visit my storage unit and the lock had not been cut.
I tried calling the property manager and left a voicemail, and then I spoke to an agent on the chat. I was told they would call me on 3/28. No one called me back this morning. I spoke to the agent this morning to report this location. A few minutes later, the Baymeadows location called me and told me they would get in contact with their locksmith.
After literally 2 minutes, the person calls back to say they couldn't get in contact with her but surprisingly the district manager Laura Neil said that I have to hire my own locksmith. I called her office 3 times and left one voicemail message and have not received a return call. I should not have to hire my own locksmith after Public Storage stated that they would accomplish this task last week and have not done their job as promised. They literally had a week to get this done.
They are aware that I need to move out on time and that today is the only I have available. I did manage to get a refund on the lock I purchased from them on last Thursday. I found out from a local hardware store that I was the 3rd person that week to come in to find a tool to pick the lock and complain about this company. It's safe to say at this point, Public Storage completely lied about the courtesy lock cut service they claim offer.
When it comes to moving out they will give you a hard time and the run around. They are ok when trying to move in because they want your money, but when it is time to move out they will give you a hassle. This place will find a way to scam you.

Really bad place to lease! They change your lease in 2-3 months even they told you for 6 months price is not going to increase! Please do not rent here! You will be screwed by them.!
