So far I have been to this pharmacy twice in 2025. My doctor sent the prescription over to the Publix Pharmacy on Reedy Road. She requested that i checked with them in 1 hour to see if it was ready. The first time I waited for an hour to check to see if it was ready.. The pharmacy technician stated the prescription was received. But, the doctor's office didnt tell them that i wanted to fill the prescription in that day. The wait would be 30 minutes. I thought that was absolutely
insane. The Publix Pharmacies dont operate that way. I called the doctor's and they confirmed it they requested it to be filled the same day. 30 days later I'm back at the doctor's office for my check up. I share my terrible experience. They stated it was definitely not them. It was the Pharmacy. They requested I call in 1 hour to confirmed the rx was received and was being processed and would be ready for pickup. The pharmacy confirmed it was received and is currently being filled. I wait 1 hr and then I decide since I was in the area to stop by and check in person. After my first experience. I followed my gut feeling.and went to the pharmacy desk to check aon the status The pharmacy technician tells me. it will be ready in 30 minutes. I told her I just called 1 hour ago to check on it and sew if it was being filed. She responded well the person who answered the phone didn't give it to the pharmacy. I don't recommend any one to request your physician to send your prescription at the Pharmacy at this Publix branch. The only thing great about it is the price of the prescription here is lower. That's it!

Went in to get 3 money orders to pay my rent. They wanted a id my husband got one money order no id. I have always came in to get my money orders from there and never needed an id. That is just ridiculous and the representative said o well they suppose to ask that's not how you talk to customers.

Chris Rich is the Pharmacy Manager and he has his work cut out for him! However, to his I guess luck, he has an excellent Assistant Pharmacy Manager and one hell of Technician team that flow like medical Special Forces. And then there’s the job they have to be nice to customers, insurance companies, and even Doctors. And they can do it all. I’m also in the medical profession and if I do have a serious pharmaceutical question I go to Chris Rich and his team as well as the internal hospital pharmacist and my Chairopractor!

Filled my medication while visiting And taking care of family that was recovering from surgery… My stay was extended exponentially, and they didn’t give me any problems doing so.

This pharmacy has the worst level of customer service I've ever experienced. The general attitudes of all the staff here are extremely poor and their communication skills are even worse. I receive better care from my mechanics.

Decent Publix off 295/Baymeadows. Each visit the cashiers and other employees have super nice and helpful. The store is kept clean, orderly and stocked meeting the Publix expectations. So no complaints about any of that. I usually try to go early mornings to avoid the crowd as the store can get really crowded in the afternoon and on weekends.

Don't bother going here on your lunch break. I was the only one in line for a sub and they were clearly prioritizing online orders. Left after standing there a solid ten minutes. The staff didn't even look at me, just continued grabbing ingredients in front of me and going back to the back room. This drives me insane as a former Publix employee, this company has turned into expensive trash after the old man Jenkins died.

I've really liked this pharmacy for a few years but today the person ringing my prescriptions up said "wow you have a lot of meds." So I probably won't ever show my face there again.

My husband and I went to buy sandwiches for lunch. The man who made our sandwiches sat the cheese on top of the chicken and it was falling out of both sandwiches. I asked for buffalo sauce and he brought back a huge bottle (probably 64-120 oz bottle) and dumped it on my sandwich making a mess of it when it was packaged and when I tried to eat it. When I asked what types of cheese they have, I had to ask twice and lean over the counter because he mumbled the list quietly both times. When we went to check out, the older woman who checked us out at the "10 items or less" counter glared the entire time, never said hello, never smiled, was very cold. Overall the service was not good, we were not pleased.
