Filled my medication while visiting And taking care of family that was recovering from surgery… My stay was extended exponentially, and they didn’t give me any problems doing so.

This pharmacy has the worst level of customer service I've ever experienced. The general attitudes of all the staff here are extremely poor and their communication skills are even worse. I receive better care from my mechanics.

Decent Publix off 295/Baymeadows. Each visit the cashiers and other employees have super nice and helpful. The store is kept clean, orderly and stocked meeting the Publix expectations. So no complaints about any of that. I usually try to go early mornings to avoid the crowd as the store can get really crowded in the afternoon and on weekends.

Don't bother going here on your lunch break. I was the only one in line for a sub and they were clearly prioritizing online orders. Left after standing there a solid ten minutes. The staff didn't even look at me, just continued grabbing ingredients in front of me and going back to the back room. This drives me insane as a former Publix employee, this company has turned into expensive trash after the old man Jenkins died.

I've really liked this pharmacy for a few years but today the person ringing my prescriptions up said "wow you have a lot of meds." So I probably won't ever show my face there again.

My husband and I went to buy sandwiches for lunch. The man who made our sandwiches sat the cheese on top of the chicken and it was falling out of both sandwiches. I asked for buffalo sauce and he brought back a huge bottle (probably 64-120 oz bottle) and dumped it on my sandwich making a mess of it when it was packaged and when I tried to eat it. When I asked what types of cheese they have, I had to ask twice and lean over the counter because he mumbled the list quietly both times. When we went to check out, the older woman who checked us out at the "10 items or less" counter glared the entire time, never said hello, never smiled, was very cold. Overall the service was not good, we were not pleased.

Publix is the best grocery chain ever, and this location lives up to the hype. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. We have found good deals here, especially on Publix brand products. The greens are always fresh. There's no doubt that we will keep going back :)

I just do not understand this store. Everyone at the deli counter have been horrible. I've tried this location 4 times because I just knew this had to be a fluke. Usually Publix is spot on with customer service but this location is struggling horribly. I love Publix subs but everyone I have had make my sandwich put off the strong impression that they hate their jobs and hate their customers. Every time it has taken me over 45 min to get a sandwich made. Every time has been something different so I could not really say it's one thing except for just the lack of customer care or regard for them. They just didn't care so we wait while they talk amongst themselves, while they talk with their friends, while the go shopping for Ingredients that they don't have such as mustard. And everything you ask is like you personally offended them to make their day even worse. I said I'd never return for a sub. But this LAST time I went for chicken tenders. Again, waited for 15 min for someone to even acknowledge the line. A simple "sorry for the wait but we will be right with you" would completely suffice. But to ignore us is to make us believe we are doing something wrong. So sadly I just can't do this location anymore, which is unfortunate because it's right on my way home from work. So here are just a few customer service pointers- "good morning, good afternoon, good evening. How may I assist you, how may I help you. My pleasure, thank you for shopping with us, or really anything that tells your customers you want them to return.

Hours do not reflect that they are closed for lunch timeframe. Techs do not answer the phone during that time.

The Deli is horribly managed. The manager is never friendly, doesn't care how long you have to wait & it's evident by how long it always, I mean always, have to wait just to get lunch meat sliced & by how unfriendly the other Deli staff is. The manager will take a call-in order before she assist you in the store- it just happened to me. I don't recommend this Publix for this reason.
