Lazy freaking people here - called today to ask if a product was in stock and spoke to Catherine - who told me that she couldn’t give that info out over the phone because it was a controlled substance? This is 100% not correct and you guys need to go back and train her.

Demetrius is always on point when Everytime I get a Publix sub, that's why I gave a full three stars. Bought a rotisserie chicken for it to come out raw. Chicken definitely needs some cooking time on it. They always come out very light. This Publix is just okay they need help in certain areas. Checkout is sometimes backed up but nothing too crazy!

Terrible service from the bakery department. I would NOT recommend this store to my worst enemy. I came with my 79 year old mother for a cake consultation that we had previously schedule and the staff was AWFUL. Everyone was s scrambling as if they had no idea we had an appointment, and then once someone was finally able to help she explained that she was pressed for time and that it would be best if we come back another time once we know what we want for a THIRD time. The staff member that we worked with for the consultation made it clear that this location had very limited supplies and that it not be capable of doing any major customizations… then she left me hanging at the counter and told me to come back later once I know what I want. I won’t EVER shop in this location's bakery. Thanks for a HORRIBLE experience.

This was the worst service I've ever gotten!! Extremely disappointed by the young workers here. They are way too young for jobs like these. They can't even handle their attitude. Never coming to this Publix again.

Love the specialties at the store! So many delicious imports and bakery items. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The bakery is so unique compared to other grocery stores I've been at first I was a little reluctant, but when I tried the cannoli, they were just as good as the Italian bakery.

This review is only for the take-out hot deli; skip their fried pickles and go get some at a sit-down restaurant where they are freshly made to order. These were to accompany a quick chicken tender and veg dinner and when we eagerly tried them at home, those things were as hard as rocks. They were laminated. Money wasted.

I always have a pleasant experience here. The staff is always so helpful. I want to highlight the bakery, too! I got a round cake for 22 people and gave the directions, accessories and photo of what I wanted. It came out gorgeous AND delicious!! Everyone at the shower had great compliments....and it's so well priced! Highly recommend getting a cake from here.

I have used this pharmacy for a couple of years. Unfortunately, they routinely failed to order my medication after receiving my renewal request via their text system, requiring additional trips back there. The gentleman working the window was little help when there was an issue with my flu shot appointment. It was a Friday Afternoon at 4:15, and pharmacy tech/ associate is tough job, but I was pretty much treated like a number and asked to move along, when I had follow-up questions regarding flu shots.I left and will may transfer my prescriptions to Sams Club, who kindly worked me in for a flu shot, made eye contact, smiled, walked me through the process for paperwork, and treated me with some common courtesy that hadn’t been afforded me at Publix - it’s worth mentioning that most of the team at this Publix is friendly, so this isn’t a rant against the whole place. Just a process improvement (flu shot scheduling online wasn’t clear) and some customer service training that needs to occur.

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge.It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them.I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.

Make fun of me all you want, but Publix is one of my favorite parts of visiting the sought. Always a large variety of options including baked goods and prepared meals. Beer options are vast and the store brand items are always quality. Maybe I'm a dork, but I love Publix and this location was no different. Some locations aren't great of course, like any chain grocery store. But this one was good-- clean, well-stocked, organized!

Rx called in by my provider yesterday morning. They claimed today the 1st time I went by that the script won't be ready till after 4pm. My mom goes by to try to pick it up again prior to 8pm. And now they are saying possibly not till tomorrow after 1. Shouldn't take that long to fill a rx.
