Be consistent. Just stopped by to pick up my maintenance meds and told the pharmacist that I needed to grab some insulin syringes as well and even provided the bag to show them what kind. She asked if I get my insulin filled there and I answered no it’s not for insulin It’s for a compounded medication and she said she would have to ask the pharmacist if she could sell them. A moment later came back and said no she would need to see an insulin prescription. Same associate that sold them to me probably about two or three months ago. An entire box of 100. Extremely frustrating. Have literally never had this problem before anywhere. Kind of think I was looked at like I was a possible junkie, which if that WAS the case your idea of harm reduction is backwards. Alas no, I had just waited in traffic 45 min after work trying to get my meds. I wonder if it would be different or any questions asked if I was an 80-year-old man versus somebody who’s just under 30. Literally any other pharmacy will take my money. What a hassle. Switching pharmacies, used to drive past Walgreens and CVS otw there because “shopping is a pleasure” but not anymore when it comes to healthcare. Missed my PRESCRIBED dose by a day and ordered a box on Amazon prime with no problem.

We recently moved to the area. We live very close so I asked my doctor to send a certain medication to Publix so that i didn't miss any doses. I never received a call about my order. I called and spoke to someone on the phone. She told me that they are no longer accepting any additional patients for this type of medication because they are generally reserved for the college students in the area. I've never once been refused service from a pharmacy because they reserve the medication. There has to be something not right about this. I did find another pharmacist and he told me that this type of refusal is not allowed.

I am a senior citizen and been using this pharmacy for a long time, they charged me fo medicen which my insurance covers it but it was not time, they did not bother to tell me that its not time yet also at the same time gave me a different dosage on my diabetic medicen and charge me for it.
What a crule people.

I am a very busy college student who just had a few minutes to get my flu vaccine. 45 minutes is way to long of a wait. Even so, I never got the confirmation message for 2 hours. Save yourself some time and find another pharmacy.

i’m changing pharmacies because i’m so tired of the publix pharmacy ignoring me. my insurance covers covid tests as prescription and my doctor sent it in. when i called to confirm the pharmacy associate told me my insurance isn’t going to cover it because “none of them do” after i had already confirmed with my insurance and told her that mine does. she would not listen. i tried to call multiple times today to which my call kept getting hung up on after a few rings. so i’m done.

Bought cake and ice cream for a birthday today. Cashier greeted me and told me to have a good day. Realized that I forgot his candles. Went back and picked up candles. Went to a different cash register. This cashier did not greet me. Just said “$2.39. You need a bag?” I said, “No.” He handed me my receipt without saying a word to me. I guess he thought a $2.39 order wasn’t worthy of greeting me or acknowledging me.

These employees need serious customer service training. I know it's hard to find good help these days, but there's no reason for us to tolerate their frustrations or bad attitudes.

Where do I begin I would like to complement Martha who works behind the customer service she is wonderful with everyone always smiling very professional knows how to take care of people I love it when I see her I would also like to complement Lauren And I believe her name is Abby I’m not sure howeverall the people in the pharmacy treat me very well and take such good care of me they are on top of all of my prescriptions so I would say that Publix is very Privileged to have these folks that work very hard to make Publix Great……SincerelyAnne Rhodes

My 3 kids got covid19 vaccine today . the pharmacist , i think so because he was wearing a white shirt called Carlos ( i only remember the last name ) he was very unfriendly with children and very impolite , did not say hello , just said 1 My sentence is very busy, ask the children to gather here so I can give it a quick shot. I have never met a doctor or pharmacist who was so unfriendly to children. An educated person behaves like an uneducated person, if I could give 0 stars I would have given it. But on the contrary, all other employees are very good and dedicated

The (white) pharmacist with the bad bleached blonde job has an issue with individuals who aren't white and doesn't know proper federal procedures for selling Clariton D.Instead of simply scanning my State issued ID into the federal system to see if it was valid for a sale or flagged. She simply out right refused to sell me Alleregy mess stating my out of state ID had a Florida address when I am clearly military. So basically thank me for my service but go elsewhere
