Pharmacy tech was super rude on the phone. Interrupted me every time i spoke and just overall rude tone? like I just wanted to refill my prescription lol

We are in process of relocating to Mandarin from Georgia and will be transferring wife's prescriptions to her plan's preferred pharmacy being Publix. The first prescription needed has been a problem nationwide due to shortages for months. We were even having a problem with the prescriber because he would send another prescription, but another national shortage problem. We had already shopped several times at this Publix because it is closest to us, and is very nice and clean and friendly staff. So, Pharmacist Theresa went above and beyond to know what medication is available and get correct prescription from prescriber(in Georgia). Even though when we picked up the prescription they were busy, everyone of the technicians was professional and friendly, and Theresa introduced herself to us. She quickly and efficiently solved the problem that we had spent over a week and lots of time to resolve (some of the wasted time and frustration was with another pharmacy in Georgia). Thumbs up!

I'm not sure what happened. Ever since covid, it seems like my mom and I have had only negative experiences filling prescriptions here. Stress makes her MG flare up so it's the last thing we need when doing something as simple as filling a prescription or asking questions about changes in prescription prices. Will try some other pharmacies in the area.

I LOVE this Publix, but the pharmacy is ridiculous. I called this morning for a refill and she kept cutting me off. Very rude. When I went to pick up my prescription the gentleman snatched my cards out of my hand and slapped the receipt on the counter when I finished paying. Not sure if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed? Switching to another Publix.

Theresa the Pharmacist is the most Kind and helpful person. Publix Pharmacy is lucky to have her. I consider her one of the top employees at this store. She makes Sure the customer has what they need and umderstands everything before leaving the store.

Came the next morning after my prescription was sent in to be told to come back in 3 or 4 hours that they were to busy and have not got to it yet. Apon return there was a charge when I explained that it was covered they said to bring in that information.... When returned the next day I was told they were too busy to look at the info and to come back tomorrow..... Sad to say you get better customers service at Walmart.

I thought Walmart Pharmacy was slow, but WOW this place is literally the slowest and most terribly managed Pharmacy I have ever been to, chose somewhere else. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Horrible experience with pharmacy and pharmacist. If you call to ask if they have a medication available, they will tell you to try CVS or Walgreens. They will not even check to see if they can order it. It's a shame, because Publix has other great pharmacy locations. This one is certainly the worst. Maybe they should consider replacing the pharmacist.

No one ever picks up the phone or have the rx ready when they tell you. I always have to call and follow up on the status. This never happened at my other Publix. It's been a mission ever since I switched. This Publix as a whole is really inferior to the rest in the area, especially Bartram. Items are always missing, selections are way smaller, meat dept doesnt have the same machines to cut, etc.

We got our flu shot this morning. Filled out our application. We shopped the veggies and fruits section finding plenty of fresh produce. Within 30 minutes we got a text come back to pharmacy for our vaccines. We got $20 card between two of us. We finished our shopping
